Bus service is every 20 mins - but the closest terminal is within easy walking distance. Efficient check-in and check-out procedure although staff are friendly, but not the most welcoming(!)

Excellent, although some instructions of how to get back to the motorway would be helpful.

I was expecting an extra charge after our flight was diverted to Manchester because of fog, but this was not so. The car was ready and waiting for us when we finally arrived at Courtlands some 5 hours later than expected, which was very welcome indeed.

Everything to do with the parking was good - but it's so difficult to find and to leave from - there are no signs for the motorway on departure!

Simply put, it wasn't what I remember of my holiday! Ideal. I don't want to remember problems with the parking, and there wasn't a single one!

We were happy with the service provided. The transfer to and from the airport was good. I would certainly use Courtlands Parking again.

Arrived and in terminal within 10 mins. Pick up a 4:30 in morning only had to wait 10 mins for bus so was back on the road in no time. Would use again.

Very quick check-in with helpful staff and equally fast transfer to airport. Easy to find bus terminal at the airport for homeward trip back to carpark. Highly recommend them.

All in all, one of the best carparks I have used at Gatwick. If flying from Gatwick again, I would use this carpark. The one thing I would say is to check on a map before headng off as I found the directions a bit vague.

This is the first time we have used this type of service - a bit apprehensive to start with but were delighted at the service provided and the ease of access to the site. Will be using again if travelling from Gatwick South.

Easy to book online. No hassle booking in. Quick journey to the terminal. Swift pick up on return.

The map to gain access was clear, it was easy to drop the car off and register. The transfer bus was waiting so we didn't get wet! On our return the bus came promptly and our car was ready and waiting and the exit made it very easy to get back on the road - thank you.

Clean coaches, reliable service. Unfortunately do not operate from north terminal, but very good value for money.

Have used Courtlands many times over many years & always found them to be efficient, secure and good value. It would be good if their transfer coaches ran when passengers needed them and not at fixed times but I guess thats down to cost. It can be cold @ 3am waiting 19 minutes for the next bus when retuning from hot climes!! A map of how to get back to the M23 would be useful. I still go wrong after many years of trying! Instructions in are good but don't work in reverse.

It was very good because we got there, and we went inside and everything was sorted within a couple of minutes, and so we could forget about our car for 2 weeks.

Brilliant service. Particularly impressed with the return- this is a company with a properly organised system! Fast and friendly transfers, too.

When booking extra time must be allowed for local traffic, other customers also completing paperwork and waiting for a bus. Combined, this detracts from the experience.

Have always used Courtlands. The service is good and the staff pleasant and helpful. I shall continue to use you in the future.

I thought the staff behind the counter on my return were a bit miserable but obviously that wouldn't put me off using Courtlands again. All in all an excellent service!
