Perhaps when callers advise of their arrival consideration should be given to longhaul/shorthaul destinations this will then give an indication of amount of baggage being transported which will equate to number of buses required. After a 10 hr flt people will be a little frustrated at waiting in excess of 20Mins and having to squash into a standing only bus.

Due to recent bad press regarding airport parking I was wary about leaving the car in the control of a stranger. However the car was parked and was not moved away at all. I had recorded the mileage when leaving the vehicle and it had not changed. I think this measure would be worth incorporating into the booking in system which would give drivers confidence that the vehicle will be looked after. The bus was prompt to pick us up from the airport all in all I would use Courtlands again, inSept when I fly out to America.

I booked my parking on the understanding that I could change the date, as per contract, but when it actually came down to this point, I was told that it was not possible. I talked to Ashley Close, who changed the dates, but I had been charged £56.00 including £1.50 for paying by card, but when the final booking came through it was only £52.30. I e-mailed the Sales Administration, but received no reply. Yours sincerely Ingrid Chambers.

we arrived 3am. there was virtually no waiting and the key handover was very simple. The wait for the coach transfer to airport seemed a bit longer than anticipated but not unreasonable. On our return,after a quick phonecall, we were directed to the coach stop. Again the proximity to the carpark meant that the journey was all of 4 minutes. Very pleased.

We had no problems with Courtlands, everyone was efficient and helpful. Our car battery had gone flat and we were supported very quickly with this problem. The drive to South Terminal is very short. It might be possible to walk it (if there are pavements and you don't have a lot of luggage).

Coach did not have sufficient room for baggage. Lots of people with large bags, skis, boards etc. Luggage badly and dangerously loaded - nearly falling onto passengers. Coach took us to North Terminal where passengers tried to alight with their luggage - a nightmare, as they had to move large bags, climb over others. Then to Courtlands Park. At no time did the coach driver move from his seat and help. Other companies' drivers help. It was raining - very little cover from elements. No trolleys to take large amounts of luggage to car. Would not use Courtlands again!!

Everything was great - no problems with anything, easy to find, bus waiting, when we came back the bus took about 10 minutes to arrive, maybe clearer signs at the airport where to wait would be helpful. Thank you.

The wait for the bus at the airport terminal is dark, cold and inhospitable. There is a long wait for the transfer bus and no indcation as to when it will arrive. At the car park, there are no signs visible from the parking place as to where the exit of the car park is. Staff are adequate but there is none of the old special service you got from the old Courtland staff, who treated you like an honoured guest, even thougth the bus ride was twenty minutes. Now that the entrance to the South terminal is so close, it would, if there was a coverd path, be quicker to walk to the terminal. It is no further than from the short stay car parks.

We arrived at 8:30, one hour late, no problem. Handed over key and, as we were running late, were advised that it would be better to walk as the bus would be another 15-20 mins and it is only a 5 mins brisk walk. Appreciated personalised service to suggest that. Return was quick and painless, we were on M25 within one hour of landing on the runway. Very good company

Location is brilliant-only 5 mins from airport although we had to wait 20 mins to be taken to the airport. Pickup was fantastic, we arrived same time as bus, which at 1am is just what you need when your're tired. Also the car was placed ready to go as soon as we arrived back. Would definitely use this parking again!

my experience this year with courtlands is good and always has been. i've used courtlands over the last few years and in both summer and winter never had any problems and i know my car is safe to leave at the parking lot i wouldnt go to another carpark at gatwick the whole service is good bus links to both terminals are very quick and at the carpark so you dont have to walk with your luggage just park the car and get on the bus staff are efficient and very quick and courteous why would i go elsewhere?

Although we didn't have any problems with the car park, we did specifically point out, in the office and by leaving a note in our car, that the drivers lock should not be used, on returning to our car we noted that the lock had obviously been used as it is now damaged!! So maybe the parking staff should pay more attention to the wishes of the customer!

We have always found Courtlands to be the ideal location for the Gatwick Terminals. The turn around times from arrival to the Airport Terminal has never taken more than 20 Minutes and on good days we have had a turn around of only 10 Minutes. It is hard to imagine an alternative provider with both the service and speed to match Courtlands. I will continue to book at Courtlands for future Car parking.

Nothing to add. The car was soon found on our return and it was helpful that you parked it for us when we left it. I would only add that when we range for directions to the bus stop we were told to go to 'the lower level'. Having just got off the 'plane we had no idea which level we were on to start with. It would have been more helpful to bo told to follow signs to the bus station.

Your guide notes to find you are not as clear as they could be. You should point our the Sat Nav problem to people. I was a bit worried when my bag seemed to be missing but I found your driver had taken it off the bus without telling me. Fortunately another passenger saw him do this.

The desk reception staff need a few weeks traing in customer service. If they were transferred to a job in the USA they would last about 10 sec in the job. Unhappy doing their work, no client/customer feel good factor, off-hand customer service etc POOR, POOR, POOR. Otherwise, the car was looked after and after a lengthy wait for the return bus, the connection was OK. For the sake of a few pounds I would recommend using APH at Copthorne - car well looked after, waiting at the gate, bus moves as soon as anyone is waiting, friendly staff.

We were happy with the price, it was easy to find but the reception staff seemed very disinterested and even surly, we are very easy going and polite people and would give no cause for that behaviour. The return pick up took about 40 minuts which we thought was too long. We would be happy to pay more for the service.

It would be helpful to know that coaches leave the car park on the hour, 20 past and 20 to only and go to South Terminal first, then North. Very close to South Terminal. Way back to motorway from car park not very well signposted - directions would have been helpful.

Although your map & directions were good, we (and the car we were following)had difficulty locating the car park in the middle of the night. The other car turned off too soon and was not seen again! It was probably because it seemed much further than expected. Perhaps more signposting from the slip road would be helpful.

They had overbooked the concierge parking, so we had to drive to an overflow parking, where we could park the car ourselves. We were told that was an upgrade. Apart from that blip, it was easy to find and the bus to the terminal arrived very quickly. The same applied for the return journey.
