Fast courteous service on both departure and arrival and less than 3 minutes transfer time to the airport. Highly recommended.

Found the bus driver really helpful and friendly. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time upon our return for our car, due to it not being ready. This was due to the staff helping me to fill the car tag details in, incorrectly. I'm sorry to say they weren't particularly helpful, especially after a long delayed flight..

Very accessible and straight forward. The coach was within minutes of arrival and return we will definately be using you again in the very near future - thank you.

This was the second time that I have used Courtlands and have found booking online with you easy.

Good friendly staff with easy transfer to and from airport. Maybe the late hour and being tired but took time to find way back to motorway.

My battery was low and the 'quick start' service was excellent.

It's the first time I've used Gatwick airport parking so didn't know what to expect. But everything went very smoothly. Maybe it was luck, but I only waited a few minutes for the transfer bus both ways.

Easy to book on the internet, good directions made it easy to find. No hassle to get to the car apart from the transfer coach from the airport to Courtlands was late although this service is supposed to be every 20 minutes.

Cant fault the service received made our holiday very easy with regards to transfers etc. Couldn't be easier.

I found the service and facilities excellent and could not fault them. The only concern is that you could get 'down graded' to a less superior facility if they are full.

Wish I had found out about courtlands before this trip, I will always use them when I fly from Gatwick and tell everyone i know about the service we received.
