Could not fault this company! Ease of finding parking site on arrival,friendly staff and mini bus waiting at airport when we arrived home made this a pleasant experience.Good value for money,so will be using them again next February.

You can expect to wait around for collection after your journey, and them wait some more on the mini bus. The drivers are good guys but the controllers want super efficiency. Not a great way to end a long journey. Reconsider how cheap you want to go.

The reception staff are really friendly, polite and proffessional. I find it difficult to find service like this so have to comment on how comfortable they made me feel. The drivers were friendly making conversation. All in all a great service, would definatley use again

further than I had thought from Gatwick, however, excellent drop and collection,within minutes of our arrival ,important since it was 11pm and had a long journey ahead. my car was safe and felt confident to leave, will definitely use again, and happy to recommend. over all great...

I was very pleased with the service. Car park was easy enough to find, drop off and transfer was sorted within 5 mins and we were on our way. Collection was as good. Waited for about 10 mins upon collection of luggage til we were collected and had collected keys and was on my way home as quickly at the car park. Value was reasonable compared to other parking services. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Its a little way out and we took a couple of wrong turns but other than that from the arrival to collecting our car things went without any problems at all. Quick efficient procedures in place and friendly and helpful staff.

Easy to find, easy trip from site to airport, easy and regular collection from airport, easy way home and cost effective, made a sad but nice ending to our holiday

Good pick up service, not too far to the airport (10 mins) and quick admin process when dropping the car off, all round a good experience.

The directions for arrival were clear and easy to follow; staff were pleasant, cheery and helpful and the transfer to the airport was smooth and hastle free. I would recommend to others and use again myself. Thank you!

Good directions from exit 6 of M25.Quick efficient service. Friendly chatty driver,even at four in the morning.You dont have to drag your cases onto coach and put them in a rack as with "Air Parks", as the driver loads and unloads them for you.We had about 10 minutes wait at bus stop to be picked up on our return.We would definitely use Cophall Parking next time we travel from Gatwick.

Turn up & hand the keys to the receptionist. Shuttle bus there waiting & within minutes you are at the airport. On the way back we made a simple call and collection was quick & prompt. Great service!

The transfer to and from the airport was better than any I have experienced in the past. The wait to be picked up from the airport was about five or six minutes and when the bus pulled in at Cophall Parking it was a matter of minutes before we were on our way home

When we arrived home the plane landed in south instead of north I phoned the staff and they were very helpful many thanks

when collected there was a long delay i had to ring 3 times and when they arrived they weren't sure who was first to collect

Fast transfer to and from the airport, very helpful and professional staff. Would recommend and use again.

Easy booking system and good value as well. Turned up, registered in a couple of minutes and at the airport within 20 mins. Return was just as simple, a quick call, the minibus turned up within 15 mins and then back to pick up the car that was waiting to be driven away. Very simple with no dramas. Just what you want returning from holiday

The whole experience was dealt with quickly and with no problems what so ever, we will definately be using this company again.

Arrived about 3-30 am ,booked in and was put on transfer bus immediately, on return we phoned after getting baggage and by the time we'd made our way outside our transfer bus was waiting for us. We found the whole experience was worry free and went without a hitch, Thankyou.

The facilities offered were all a traveller requires with issues of time and money being catered for in a friendly and helpful manner.
