We were delighted with the Cophall Parking service. We were transferred to Gatwick quickly after checking our car in without any delays. When we returned from holiday, we were picked up promptly and collected our vehicle without having to wait around. Altogether, the service we received was very good.

This was the first time we had used this car park. The service and staff were helpful, with a mini bus waiting to take us to the airport and a quick call to the staff on return for pick up. We only had to wait 5mins. On return to the car park the car was ready and waiting, with out a cratch on it.

Quick and easy transfers both ways (one was in the middle of the night). Friendly staff, only ten minutes from Gatwick. Highly recommended.

one empty bus drove off, despite us waving to him, next driver claimed he had not enough seats for, even though there were 3 free seats and was rude. I tried to complain at desk, just as another customer was complaining and we were told that customers are picked up in sequence of their phone calls. So next time I will not phone when I have cleared passport and luggage but as i get off the plane...as I assume the other customers had done who had not been there as early as we had.

Book direct and could have saved £5. safe parking, friendly team, easy to find. quick service. will use again.

Fantastic service. Dropped us off within minutes of arrival and collection was the same. Cannot recommend them enough and we will be using Cophall Parking again.

Instructions on finding Cophall Parking were clear. When we arrived we were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We arrived back after midnight and again there was no waiting around. our car was ready and even facing the correct direction to drive straight out and home. I would use them again.

Smooth process from arrival at the car park to the transfer to the terminal. Smart polite staff. On return transfer coach was there in 5 minutes and keys to the car were waiting at reception. Highly recommended

No problems at all except that the directions given are possibly incorrect (they missed a roundabout) causing some major stress attempting to find the place

This is an excellent service and one I shall use again. My only quibble was that our driver on the return pickup was not a happy bunny. We all have off days, but a smiling face would have been nice.

Dubious about trying an alternative to our normal national provider but found this to be the cheapest and the easiest option and most efficient of other airport companies. Would certainly use Cophall Parking for future Gatwick parking. Roger Coonie

Had to wait a fair while to be transferred to and from the airport so this would be a problem if you were already running late. However I would still recommend this car park for value for money.

We booked last minute And were apprehensive about leaving our car with a company. The facility toilets and baby change.the driver was friendly and chatty. On our return we were collected within 5 mins of leaving the airport, our car was waiting for us when we arrived at the car park, no damage. Would use again

This car par was easy to find and offered excellent service. Check in took only a few minutes and transfers to the terminals were quick and effecient. We were given clear instructions for our return, although the bus was actually waiting for us when we arrived. All considered an excellent service and great value for money.

Drop off an transfer too gatwick was prompt, flight was delayed on the way back and pick up and checkout was very prompt, highly recommended!

Great customer service and will definately use you again. The guy that drove the bus that dropped me off at the airport (eastern european - sorry didn't catch his name) was very helpful and managed to fix the zip on my bike case which had broken. By far the best experience I've had parking at Gatwick !

The service provided by Cophall was excellent. We arrived at 3am in the morning and staff were friendly, organised and we waitied only around 5 mins before leaving for the airport. On return the bus was waiting for us and the drivers on both legs were very friendly.

I was happy with everything except the transfers. On leaving and on our return there was quite a long wait for a coach/van. The return journey was like an experience at Brands Hatch and quite scary! It seemed there was only one vehicle in operation and the driver was under pressure to return to the airport quickly for more passengers waiting. Glad we arrived home in one piece!

Found the car park, good directions. Waited 10 minutes then driven to Gatwick North. Coming back, a crew bus arrived 5-10 minutes after our phone call, I don't think it was the one intended for us but it took us back to the car park. Never used Cophall Parking before, always used the on site Long Term Car Park, but it was all quite efficient
