On our arrival we were welcomed by the staff and immediately transferred to Gatwick Airport. On return we were diverted to North Terminal instead of South but the friendly staff said there was no problem and picked us up from the North Terminal very quickly. We would certainly use them again.

Cophall Parking was very easy to find and the service was excellent. The staff were helpful and eager to please. The transfers were punctual. As we parked our car a coach pulled up in front of reception ready to take us. Our return was very similar about 5/6 minutes wait. Would highly recommend when travelling from Gatwick.

We used Cophall Parking in June/July 2013. It was very straightforward, even with our return flight landing at 1:30am. It's a basic no-frills service, but that keeps the cost low, and frankly we only needed somewhere to leave our car. I would definitely use Cophall again if flying from Gatwick.

everything we experienced during our several uses of Copall Parking was good until the return from our recent holiday at ca 01.30am. We phoned as required and went to bus stop 6. The van stopped at 7-no reason at time altho he was overtaken by a bus to stop 6 whilst parking. He called our name but by the time we got to 7 a pair of young females from behind us and not booked on that bus got in front of the four of us. There were 4 seats available for my party of 4 but the driver took the 2 females who were not called for that van thus leaving 2 empty seats. Now I dont know about you but at 1.30am my generosity to queue jumping is not huge and when we had to wait for 2 more vans it vanished. I will not use them again which is a shame as I had written a registration form for them to post at the site. I ripped that up at the airport. If you like being queue hopped, use them, I will not anymore

car park is a little far from airport so customers just need to be made very aware.

Transfers to and from the airport were within 5 minutes wait. car was ready to drive away. Can fault the service

Excellent car parking arrangements. Quick to drop us off at Gatwick and to pick us up on our return, a very efficient and professional service.

Very good service! 2 downsides where that there was a 15-20min wait for pick up but other people for other companies where waiting longer. The other is that after the pick up the driver didn't lock the back doors, the cases fell over with a loud crash but nothing was checked until a car tooted us repeatedly and another passenger on the bus shouted at the back doors where open. Lucky no cases where lost and no property damaged. The luggage was un-restrained in the back of the bus so not great if you have fragile things in your case! Other than that hick up, a very good service!

The service to and from the airport was very efficient. There were no delays or complications on the outward transfer or the return pick up. Thank you.

As usual, excellent service, picked up both ends very promptly. But costs having gone up, Cophall no longer has a price advantage over the on-airport parks.

Advance booking was straightforward and efficient and the park easy to find with the directions supplied. On arrival there was a friendly greeting and easy check-in. We were in the transfer bus in two minutes - exactly the way to start a relaxing holiday. On return our call to confirm arrival was quickly answered and we had no more than 15 minutes to wait for pick-up. Car collection was as simple and speedy as leaving it had been and simple written directions were supplied to guide us back top the motorway.

Our car stayed at Cophill for 2 weeks in June. The staff were friendly and efficient. Our drivers were particularly nice and were very caring towards our two young children. The speed from check-in to getting on the mini-bus was excellent - no wait at all. The actual transfer took about 10 minutes but was worth it for the money we saved from parking on the airport itself. I probably wouldn't park there if we were only away for a day or two but for a longer stay then I'd definitely book again. Thanks Cophill :)

we were in and out in no time and on comming back the driver of the bus warned us of a triffic jam and gave us another route home what a great service many thanks

Every thing done in a caring, professional manner. Has given us confidence to use the company again when traveling via Gatwick airport.

It delivered exactly what it said it was going to and made our arrival and departure from Gatwick Airport a painless experience.

Prompt transfer from carpark to terminal. We had the 'Meet and Greet' service for the return journey only, and it was great to have our car brought to the airport so that we could get straight on our way.

We wasn't very happy, as we left £2 in the glove pocket for our money back to Dartford Tunnel and when we looked it was gone. also it felt as if someone went through our car to see what was on offer for nicking. so NO I wasn't pleased with the company, and I wont be using them again.

Everything ran smoothly a great start to our holiday and a great transfer back to the car. Excellent service would thoroughly recommend Copthall parking

I was a bit surprised that the number given to report that we had cleared customs was not answered and that the message was a standard "the person cannot get to the phone at the moment, please leave a message". It was most off-putting and I was left unsure if I had got the correct number. A dedicated message saying something like "please leave your name and Copthall parking will send a driver to the pick up point" would be much more appropriate. Also driver who came and wouldn't pick us up because he hadn't got our name was not terribly pleasant.

Good instructions to find the car park, shuttle ready and waiting to go to the airport, short trip to terminals and our driver Barry was very friendly and courteous.
