No-frills, but does what it says on the tin. Pleasant staff, works efficiently.

This is my first time leaving my car at the airport, and it was a pleasant experience. Car was safe and sound, shuttles were on time and the drivers were friendly. The staff were great!! Will use Airparks again for sure!!

Easy to find and convieniently close to the airport situated near the the end of the runway.Because of this transfers very quick.Very cost effective for us considering taxi fare to the airport for us would be £42 each way.Use of this facility is recommended by us to all.We will certainly use again.

Easy booking, simple and swift service on arrival and departure. On return car battery flat, but on the road in minutes thanks to Airparks Gatwick staff. Incredible value for money. Thank you very much.

Don't know Gatwick so glad I had someone with me to give directions. Booking in and transfer was quick and easy and car conveniently parked on return. Thankyou

We booked the car park, drove to well directed site. Bus was waiting for us and we went off to airport. Had a great holiday, came out of the airport, bus was at stop waited no more than 5 minutes for other people back to airparks and car was waiting for us. apart from a slight delay on our car being ready when we returned we had no problems with the service. A 3 was given for customer service as the lady was a bit grumpy when we arrived but she was efficient.

The road to the car park was closed due to the heavy snowfall. We couldn't reach the car park and then our flight was cancelled too. Yet we were still forced to pay!! I appreciate its not their fault it snowed, but it's not mine either and yet I was penalised for it. And they didn't seem to have taken the slightest care in clearing the road leading to their car park to help their customers. It seemed as if all they cared about was to take our money and offer absolutely NOTHING in return!!!! When we eventually found alternative flights almost a week later, they tried to charge us again!! It was only when we kicked a fuss about it, they accepted our original booking (which they had refused to cancel because of the snow and charged us anyway). The carpark is really hard to find, no signs and no lights on the road, also 3 times the distance from Gatwick contrary to what it says on the website. You need to allow and extra 1.5 hrs because the staff in their office is very slow, and the buses to the airport are v infrequent, approx 1 every 40 mins. When we went to collect our car, they didn't care to let customers know that half a mile down, the road was completely closed due to roadworks that started 3-4 days ago and all the cars coming out of the car park had to make a u-turn. I will NEVER use Airparks ever again and told ALL my friends, relatives and colleagues about this because the 'service' is an absolute disgrace, an insult and a complete rip-off. The information that it's close to Gatwick is hugely misleading, there is no customer service and all they care about is to promote their valeting service. NEVER again!!!!!

Even though on my return I had lost my ticket they were extremely helpful and even wished me happy birthday. I will definitely use Airparks at Gatwick Airport again even though it was hard to find but the service was excellent.

it did exactly what it said it would do... no problems finding the car park.. efficient and smiling staff.. bus was ready in 10 mins.. On way back late at night .. car was 80feet from bus drop off and ready to go... i will definitely use again and again.

My only problem was trying to contact Airparks. The contact number I was given was for the company I booked through. That number closed at 8.00 pm and I returned into the UK after 8.30pm. Luckily, it did ask to hold if you wanted to speak to anyone about someone delivering your car. It put me through to a number in Heathrow, I was at Gatwick, but the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and forwarded the call to Gatwick who were also extremely helpful and were able to have my car ready by the time I arrived at Airparks. I had also misplaced my receipt and they told me what I needed to bring. I would definitely use Airparks again.

Our friends booked somewhere two minutes from the terminal. What was the difference? A slightly longer sit down between lugging your stuff on and off - and thirty quid. By the way, despite the understandable notes on the directions, TomTom took us straight there by postcode.

2nd time we have used 'purple parking' - simply can't fault the service we received. They remain first in our choice of parking at Gatwick!

We dont normally fly from Gatwick, but if we have to again, would not hesitate to use Airparks Gatwick. Its a really efficient, clever service. All the staff we saw were very pleasant. Allfacilities (waiting room/loos/buses) were all very clean - amazing as you have such a heavy flow of "traffic" using them. Well done!

Allow for extra time to find the location if using Airparks Gatwick for the first time. Also, the passenger drop off/pick up stop is several minutes walk to the terminal. However, the car drop off and pick up was very quick and booking online was very straight forward.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We took up their offer of meet & greet on return for an extra £25. Telephone answered punctually. Very nice gentleman brought the car back to us within 10 mins of phoning. Overall review - We would use them again.

Realise that terminal bus stop not car parks responsibility but Gatwick airport authority ought to made aware of the disgusting access to and from the terminal-had to help several older people over kerbstones in the pouring rain !

even when we arrived very early morning for our flight the service and staff very efficient.The drive of the bus was very helpfull and gave full details and showed the area for our return pick up, which also was very good.
