Booked the parking for a week....got a good deal and the facilities are great. Hassel free parking

I would use this service again but i'd book much earlier to keep the price down.

Found the whole experience really easy to use. transfer back to the car park after a long tiring journey was great. We were given clear instructions as too what to do and where to go on our return (and when its late at night and your tired you need that) Transfer bus arrived straight away, we were quickly on and away. On the drivers radio i could hear at least 2 other APH buses doing the rounds, so it wasn't just luck we got a bus straight away. Again confidence that had we missed that bus another was coming very soon. Car was ready and waiting at the park. I expected a wait at the car park but the keys were handed over very quickly and we were given a card with the security code on to exit the site. Only a small thing but again, when its late your tired, its those small things that count. and there was a handy garage outside the site to fill up with fuel and coffee for that drive home (you know the one where everyone but you gets to go to sleep!) As you might guess I would use APH again for further trips.

The parking is slightly further away than I have used in the past, and you need to allow a good half hour to get to the airport, but the pickup on our return (which is more important) was very quick and efficient. There was also very little wait to check out. I'd use it again

facilities were vere very clean, staff courtious & polite. Would have no hesitation in using this service again, great value for money...& you dont have to go roaming around a car park in the rain searching for the car

There had been a fatal accident at the North terminal, which led to a long and time comsuming traffic jam. APH advised us what to do by phone and picked us up as fast as they could. They then took us by detour back to our car, safe and sound back to our car to be greated by friendly faces.

We did not have to wait on our return from holiday. APH were the best value for money service.

I would definately recommend this company.The staff are very helpful-customer service as it should be.The car park was easy to find,the transfer was quick-no waiting around even at 5am!!!

Directions great, service even at 3am in the morning was very polite and cheery, bus left promptly for the airport, on return we were picked up within 10 minutes by a happy and friendly driver who packed our cases carefully and we collected our car with very little fuss, excellent service all round well done and thankyou.

Fast book in, Fast book out. And a happy smile, even at 2 in the morning.

we found this place difficult to find the first time but then it got easier.

aph provide a first class service 24 hours a day. staff are friendly and efficent. this is the fourth time we have used aph and will continue to do so in the future,we always recomend the service to friends and family when they are flying from gatwick.

The car park felt like it was a long way from the airport and in the wrong direction for us, which could be great for others. We did see a number of passengers left behind more than once due to full buses but it didn't happen to us

Booking in was fast and easy, both coach transfers were comfortable and took about 10 mins each way. On our return we waited about 5 mins for the coach, we rang ahead that we were on our way and our car was awaiting us. All in all, would highly recommend.

Friendly and reliable staff. Excellent lighting at car park so family felt safe. Excellent and clean toilet facilities at car park. Very easy transfers to and from airport. Highly recommmend this service!!!

I have used APH Parking on a number of times and have always been very please with the service that i recive.

Very helpful staff, even landing at midnight they sent a coach out to pick us up straight away!

The company is only a few miles south of Gatwick and is very easy to find, and very speedy and efficient.

1st - the good point: you're cheaper than Gatwick's own car parks (just enough to put up with the extra transfer time from the airport). 2nd - you run an efficient and friendly service, and if anything this has improved since the last time we used APH, five years ago. 3rd - the bad point: you're still ridiculously expensive. The cost of parking is a major deterrent to using Gatwick.
