Process was easy and efficient, coach left within minutes, journey was quick, although it was early and there was only light traffic. Waited 10/15 minutes at Gatwick for the return coach and again light traffic back to the car park. I noticed the traffic was backed up a bit towards the M23/Gatwick, it was around 5/5.30 p.m.

booked last minute, no problems, simple online booking, value for money and transfers were very good.

We found the bus service very good ie the bus was actually more like a coach & the driver helpfully loaded up the suitcases in a separate loading boot. In the past, with other car park providers, we have had to drag the luggage onto the bus ourselves ie more stressful and squashed on the bus. We would definitely use APH Parking again.

I found everyone very friendly, it was value for money & very quick service

never any problems with car or transfers, waiting time has been minimal.

Formalities were simple. Coach transfer was prompt. What else is there??

On arrival the coach was ready to take us to the airport, and on arriving back very late at night, it was just a simple phone call to the office, and by the time we had cleared our baggage the coach was ready and waiting to take us back to the carpark. I would certainly book with APH again.

I usually use this car park and am always satisfied with the service. It is quick and organised and the transfers are excellent.

I would use APH parking again and recommend it to my friends & colleages.

Excellent reception service, and no hanging around waiting for coach tranfer to and from the airport.

Fast and simple check-in process. This off site parking does not leave your car covered in aviation fuel as do some near runway parking sites.

On arrival to APH we deposited our car and keys and stepped directly onto the awaiting caoch. Our luggage was handled swiftly and placed neatly in the hold - not thrown like some companies! All staff were extremeley pleasant and friendly. On arrival to terminal we were given clear instruction by our friendly driver where to collect the coach on our return. Despite arriving back into UK at 3am were greeted by the friendly girls voice when we made the telephone call regarding pick up. Again the pick up at Gatwick was quick and smooth andthe same was for the collection of the car. Well done to all concerned. I would certainly use your services again and will be recommending you to friends and family.

Extremely easy and effcient service, booking early meant good value for money too. Would recommended APH to anyone.

Very good price but as we had come from M25 direction the car park wasn't that conveniently placed for us and we didn't realise distance to/from airport. However service was good and we would probably book again.

We found everything at APH to be satisfactory except the transfer to the airport! On the website this is said to be 12-15 mins.In actual fact it turned ot to be over 20 mins as we took passengers to the south terminal first, they then had to get all there luggage off before letting on passengers retuning from their trip who had to load there luggage on. We then made our way to the north terminal. From arriving at the carpark to getting to the terminal took 40 mins, I would therfore not use APH again as there are other carparks of a similar price which are much quicker.

Booked my parking the day before and chose on the basis of price so was nicely supprised. APH was easy to find and were'nt left waiting more than 10 minutes for coach even at 2am. Would recomend.

One complaint is that a number of my car's settings had been altered when I collected it on my return. I can understand the seat needing readjustment but the radio and light settings should not have been altered for what should have been a very short transfer to and from the collection point.

The service was excellent and professional, I was told all I needed to know ( it was my first time ! )A bit further out than expected but no time was wasted so it made no difference. Would use again, pity holiday was not as good!!!

If you were late for a flight it might be a problem as Traffic around East Grinstead can prove hectic
