Overral good service, no problems with our parking or transfers which is what you want when travelling!

An explanation of where to pick up the return coach would have been useful on drop off . Noted that info is given on ticket(bus stop 13), however a short verbal explanation by driver would have been appreciated.

Easy to find and not too far from Airport. Coach transfers are excellent as the coach iswaiting to board you at the parking and is either there on return or not far off. Good Idea to phone when landed as this enables your car to be in the right and closest place for collection and the jorney home.

APH were as good if not better than the companies I have experienced in the past and would most certainly use them again, as I considered the service full value for money

Good location, easy to find with directions from website. Quick drop off, simple facilities and comfy large coach (rather than a draughty minibus). Fast transfer and pick-up from airport, car was ready on return to park.

This was our first experience of parking off airport and would highly recommend APH for a professional service. Reception service was fast friendly and efficient. Transfers were very prompt to and from the airport. Phoned APH at baggage collection and by the time the bus arrived at APH our car was ready waiting for us. We arrived at the APH Car park around 3:30am and was very pleasantly greeted by the staff. They were very friendly and helpful(especially for that time in the morning). No problems checking the car in, it was all done very efficiently and we were soon on our way to the airport. Coming home was the same, waited no longer than 5 mins for the transfer and again no longer than 5 mins to collect the car and start our Journey home. Great Price, thoroughly recommended!!

We arrived and were welcomed by all members of staff, they were kind, curteous and friendly throughout. We were booked in quickly and were treated very well by everybody. The driver of the coach lifted all our bags and answered every question we had with no problems. After using another company earlier in the year with reserved opinions, this company was a breath of fresh air - easy to find and well worth the money. Also a plus was we weren't given the hard sell about car washes and valet services (although these were available). Many thanks!

APH was the most cost effective choice. The coaches are in good clean order and run frequently. It took about 30 minutes from checking the car in to arriving at check in desk.

From booking on-line to collecting my keys after my trip, I found the whole experience surprisingly simple. The staff were polite and friendly, the facilities were excellent, and the transfers couldnt of been quicker. I would definitely book with APH again!

Directions were clear, hand over quick and efficient, more smiles needed though. Surprised that we journeyed back on large coach all by ourselves. Would use the facility again.

While th car park is only 10 minutes away from the airport, we found it painless. The site is clean and safe and cost effective. I would not use another carpark again

Easy to find following your instructions. Hand over of car easy & effecient. Transfer to terminal went smoothly, with driver friendly & helpful. Customer service woman rather abrupt when we asked a question & had little eye contact. However on the whole an excellent service & good value for money.

From the moment I made the booking, to my departure from the car park area, on our return, I can only say what an excellent service my party and I received from APH through-out. I particular liked the weighing scales outside the coach pick up point.

APH provided a service that operated very smoothly and efficiently, We found the staff to be very helpful and polite and resolved a minor problem with the minimum of fuss, we would be happy tp use their services again

The only small criticism was the fact that we hung around for the transfer bus on our return, I guess this was simply down to the fact that the parking is off site to the airport. The costing was the cheapest that I could find, and the site is easy to find.

The parking was fine and efficient and we had no issues dropping off or picking up our car. Parking the car for us is a great service. However, the car park is a long way from airport and the transfer service doesn't leave very frequently meaning that he whole transfer can add 30-45mins to your trip

our only problem was that when you leave your car you have to put the car keys on the seat,this can be a problem when your car has an automatic door locking system.we had to leave the window open. I must add that when we returned to our car the window had been closed.

Staff were helpful and prompt. There was no waiting around for either coaches or return of my car. Paperwork and processes were simple and effective. If I am really 'picky', when picking up my car I was a little surprised about the speed with which cars were being driven in enclosed spaces - not sure whether these were customers collecting their cars but I suspect not as they were single occupant and appeared to be searching for blank spaces; I felt the need for real caution when reversing from my allocated space. Nevertheless a good experience at a fair cost.
