Not sure why they need to put the radio on in the car, we know someone has been playing with it, as it is on a station we would not use. This has happened both times we used APH Parking

Good service and compared to others good VFM. My one minor irritation was that the car was cleaned prior to depositing with APH and was splattered with yellow mud when I picked it up. A quick hose down would have been good. will definitely use APH again though.

Our flights to Rhodes were at 13.45. We were running late and were panicking. It took less than 10minutes to complete the whole process of parking. Ladies on the reception were very friendly. Within notime were were on the Bus and on our way to North Terminal checking in. In a hurry I left a mobile phone in the car, which I found in the same place in the car on my return. Return from the airport was also very smooth and we found our car very safely in the correct allocated place. The whole computer system works very efficiently.

Explicit instructions regarding location of park, friendly efficient staff, even at 4 o,clock in the morning!!

Although the car was damaged, I did not realise the cars are parked so close, thought it would be like a normal airport car park, the swift letter agreeing repairs could be done made the experience sweeter

car park easy to find did not wait long for bus the only problem i had was me I had put the wrong date on booking form I had entered the next days date but it was delt with without any fuss just booked me an extra day added it to my card all very efficient would use them again

The APH parking site was easy to find and checking in was simple and efficient. The transfer to Gatwick took about 12 minutes and there was an immediate transfer. Upon my return I made the phone call to APH whilst in the baggage hall and I consequently only had to wait for 5 minutes at the allocated bus stop. This, being my first experience of using APH, would definitely warrant using them on my next trip.

This was the second time I have used APH this year - would reccommend & would use again.

Simply booked, easily found, not expensive, professional people and a secure facility. I found this straightforward good value for money.

No problems with the whole process - easy to find - from arriving and transport to the airport was around 20 minutes - excellent efficiency

the directions to the car park were very clear - a location behind a petrol station might be difficult to spot! the service was smooth, the staff polite and efficient and the transfer to the airport could not have been simpler. the instructions on return were good and we did not have to wait long for the coach. the only minor difficulty was identifying where to wait for the coach. return to the car park quick & smooth and we found the car & left quickly & easily. very impressive.

First time using APH and everything went extremely smoothly. Regularly travel out of LGW so would definitely use again.

The only 'gripe' I have is that although instructions for the return were printed on the ticket, there is no signage at the bus-stop area to indicate the correct pick-up point. Apart from that, it was excellent.

Directions were excellent, facilities clean & well organised. Booking on-line was simple & straightforward. Well done APH

As soon as landed, rang car park, and as soon as got back to car park, car was ready waiting, very efficient. Only thing would say, bus on the way back we had to wait a bit, but not too long. Over all very good

If you don't mind being a little distance from the terminals then this company is for you.

APH so easy to locate and on arival staff so friendly and always assured a warm welcome what ever time you travel will recommend to friends Thankyou

The whole process went like clockwork,from arriving and booking in to getting on coach was over in a matter of minutes - the same on arriving back at gatwick about 15mins wait for the coach but once back at car park we had the keys in no time and the car was only a few yards away, just what you want at 2am plus even at that hour the staff were all smiles

Very Good and would definitley use it again when I fly from Gatwick in the future
