Took 2 minutes to check the car in, 5 minute wait fro bus to the airport, 15 minutes later at South Terminal. Coming back was even better, phoned them to let them know we'd landed, 5 minute wait at Terminal, 15 minutes later back at APH, 2 minutes to pick up keys, car waiting 20 yards away, and this was at 03:30 on a Sunday morning. Cracking service.

I have used APH before - and do not see the need to use any one else. The price for parking is great value for money. The car park is secure with good additional security precautions. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is no waiting around to check the car in or collect the car as the computer systems that they have seem very efficient. APH even provided everyone with free ice scrapers this time round so that we could get the ice of our windscreens. Great attention to detail!

Overall we believe it is a good value for money. The car park is not so close to the airport as you may expect. It takes probably 15 minutes to get there. But the coaches are very frequent so you do not need to wait more than 5 minutes. We were only negatively surprised by the rude attitude of the receptionist when we were leaving the car. But the other one was fine during the collection.

The whole experience was very easy. From following the directions to the car park, to finding the coach on our return. Thought that our return flight being delayed by five hours may perhaps cause some complications - but no. No extra charge or fuss. Spot on. It's a little way from the airport but the transfer is quick and easy. Will use them again.

I had never used any airport parking facility before. We set out to Gatwick on the Friday morning 7 days before Christmas, the day of the snow! I will use thios company again!When we arrived at APH all the staff were helpful, friendly and if you asked me to pick fault, sorry, I can't. Despite the horrendous weather their coach got us to the airport on time, whilst most transport was at a standstill.

It was a very nice experience overall. Really easy to find the location, very friendly staff, quick short transfer on comfortable coach. Same on return. The coach was available to pick us from the airport at 2am in the morning. Keys were ready for us to be picked up. Despite heavy snow while we were away, we found everything to be ok on return. i will highly recommend especially considering that they were the cheapest parking facility that i could find close to Gatwick.

despite our flight being delayed for over 4 hours due to the bad weather(snow)we were picked up promptly from the airport and driven safely back to our waiting car without paying any late pick up charges overall will definetly use again

Overall, I was pleased with the whole experience. The staff were pleasant and did their best to make it painless. My only slightly negative comment would be related to the timing of the transfer from APH to Gatwick. To be fair, it was not the drivers fault, however we did leave 4 minutes later than sheduled as two passengers had decamped, one to do her make-up and one to the toilet. This meant that the arrival at Gatwick South was just that little bit tight to make the 7am deadline. Maybe an intercom call ( that includes the toilet) 3/4 minutes before departure would mean there are no passengers sweating it while someone is hunting for their beloved at the scheduled time!

Everything worked perfect! Navigator doesn't drive you directly there, but it's quite easy to find it. Everything else is just perfect!

Parking was not too far away 15- 20 min to the airport. Staff was friendly and well organised. Be aware that you will need to leave your keys at the reception.

I will definitly be using this service again in teh near future. Staff were helpful and the car park is easy to find. Transfer didn't take too long to arrive at the Airport and the bus was ready to collect us at the arrival entrance.

Staff friendly, service slick, costs competitive. Highly recommended.

The posting of the information regarding the location of the car park on the web site was helpful as the roadside marking was not ideal. However once located the process of parking and transfer to the airport was easy, this was appriciated as we arrived 5:00 am after driving most of the night. On the return the clear marking on the bus, and the contacting of the office prior to boarding made the car pick up process as easy as the drop off. I will be using this car parking facility again.

Although the park is some distance from the airport the transfer is swift and efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful - altogether a painless experience and well worth the money RT

This is the best airport parking we've used,and is great value for money. Really easy to find and the transfers are frequent and included in the price. Will definately be using again!

Having booked my car in I was a bit concerded about what to expect as the price was well below what I was expecting to pay. When we arrived I was very impressed from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. I would recomend these 100% and as we were leaving I made sure I kept their card as I will be using these again.

After a long and tiring drive from Shropshire everyone,from reception saff to the driver who loaded bags onto the bus,was very helpful and considerate. I would use APH again without hesitation.
