I was skeptical about this type of service, which I had not used before, and a little nervous of their timing, in case they didnt turn up on time, having read a not so positive review on that aspect, but I have to say, all was good. I also had my car cleaned and valeted for £20 which I thought was good value, and although the windows were a bit smeary, overall, a job well done. They arrived when I arrived, to leave for my flight, and were there within 5 mins on my return, with no fuss or bother, and I paid for the cleaning on my return, which made life easier. So thank you Ace, you were excellent, and I will use you again, you made my travelling a little easier, and it was because of the good price that I chose this time to try this kind of parking service, finding the usual prices prohibitive, so if you keep your prices in this region, I would not hesitate to use you again. Thank you.

On departure the phone was answered first time; the driver arrived within 2 minutes and was polite and helpful. On arrival back at Gatwick we phoned once baggage had arrived and we waited only 5 minutes for the car to be returned to us. The whole process was extremely easy and I will certainly use this service again.

Great price, collection and return was fine, but somehow they have managed to dent my car. I won't use again because of this, and will pay a bit more to use the people we normally use

Excellent. A good value, service, which I shall consider reusing. One small point: Call when 20 minutes away is difficult to judge, when you dont know the journey well. It was probably 15 when we called. One misdial, one redial when no-one answered, and then waiting to get answered - meant we were 10 minutes away or less in the end. Hence a 10 minute wait for you. Also, at North terminal, after collecting baggage, it is 2 minutes to the outside. So 15 minute wait for the 20 minute s expected. I am not saying that these are critical - but if you could get these times down to 15 or 10 it would be even better!!!!

No problems at all. Booked just 24hrs before and everything worked perfectly. even thogh we were delayed on retun by 21 hours

As we were unsure what time we would arrive at the airport 'meet and greet' allowed us to have one less thing to worry about. We were met promptly on both our arrival and departure. The only minor concern was that we had to go round the roundabout at Gatwick airport several times on arrival as we were unsure exactly where the drop-off point was. More clearly marked signage or directions would have been appreciate. Otherwise a good service that we would not hesitate to use again.

The service provided was just as, if not better, than advertised. We delivered the car with no problems at all, and the delivery was soon after we arrived at the pick up point. The car was just how we left it, ready to go and just what we needed to get on the road after a long haul flight and all the excitement of the ash clouds!!!

On my return the number to call was not answered at all on my first attempt and only eventually after it ringing and ringing on my second. They said I had not booked the correct dates and would therefore have to give them £70 cash on collection of my car. My paperwork confirmed that they were wrong and I had booked the correct dates. The man dropping off the car eventually arrived after 25mins and was surly and unhelpful, leaving me to struggle with buggy, bags and baby without offering to help. He was annoyed I made him wait whilst checking the car for scratches. When I said there was a new scratch on the back he was extremely unhelpful, eventually walking off while I was still talking to him. I also believe he was smoking out of the window whilst driving our car as the cigarette lighter was removed and the interior smelt smokey.

Reliable and efficient and reasonably priced meet & greet service - would definately use again and recommend to others. Person was there to meet us upon arrival and we were inside terminal within a couple of minutes.

We got delayed due to the Volcanic ash and although all news reports said car parks weren't charging extra- Ace parking charged us £20 extra for 2 days.The car was scratched down one side where it looks like it had been parked in a hedge.The fuel was significantly down and not in accordance with the mileage distance from Gatwick to their pound stated on the website.Very disappointing.

Dropping off was fine, but kept us waiting 40 mins at 3 in the morning - NOT GOOD. We enquired about getting a valet clean done when we dropped it off. The guy was happy to take our £20 but the car wasn't cleaned and we are still waiting to hear from ACE parking about getting us reimbursed. Use someone else!

Valet parking at not much of a premium over normal parking. On the outward journey, the driver was waiting for us. On the inward journey, during the hight of the "ash crisis" we were delivered from the cross channel ferry to Gatwick by coach. I phoned Ace from the coach and our car was waiting for us when we arrived. Very welcome at the end of a very long coach journey from the French Alps. On the basis of this experience I would definately recommend Ace Parking.

The meet and greet service is definately worth paying extra for. It saves so much time and hassle at both ends of your trip. The ACE driver was already waiting for us at the drop off zone at both departure and arrival and overall the ACE service was efficient, reliable, convenient and great value for money. My car only had 11 miles extra on it which was a pleasant suprise. I would definately recommend ACE.

In the past I have shopped around for the cheapest deals which sometimes means parking miles away from the airport and then stressing about transfer bus. This time we paid about £10 more and were met by a very pleasent chap (at 3.30am!) who took the car off to the car park. After the hiddious trip back to Gatwick (caused by the volcanic ash) I was met by my car and another pleasent chap, which was a joy. I can't explain how simple and sterss-free this experience was - you have to try it!

Would highly recommend Ace Parking. The staff were very friendly and as we were travelling with a baby and 5 year old, it made the start and end of out trip easy and stress free. Great value for money too. Thank you.

We were kept waiting 20 mins on arrival at the airport. When we returned the company would not send the car until we had confirmation that our luggage was received. We were then informed it would be a 20 min wait. We paid an optional extra £15 to have the car cleaned inside and out. The car was cleaned well however the driver did not have change so we were forced to pay £20. All in all not the best valet parking experience that I have had.
