The car was clean when we picked it up. The driver was waiting for us everything was easy and convenient

They were 5-10 mins late for the pick-up. My cars driver's mat was a little dirty when I picked-up the car. Otherwise very professional and courteous service. Will use again.

We had very early flights and saving even half an hour and having the pick up service was a real treat for us especially with the little one. The pick up and drop off went great and on time, so thank you very much for the great service. The cost was the same as the other long term parking therefore great value for the money. Happy to recommend to our friends. Cheers.

This was only the second time we have used a 'meet & greet' service, and we will never go back to parking somewhere else and having to get a shuttle bus in - what a waste of time when you only have to pay a small amount more to drive straight to Departures. Our car was a bit dirty when we got it back, as it was of course parked outside for 2 weeks, but there was nothing they could do about that. Apart from that, all good.

The Traffic to Gatwick was better than anticipated so we arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected but the service was able to accommodate that and with the requested warning the meeter was there. On our way home the fight was late (easyjet!) and the car met us as we exited the terminal. Couldn't have been better.

This is the fifth time we have used Ace and are happy to continue to do so

...I only called when I was leaving the M23, and so there was a slight delay in the driver arriving. To be fair, they had advised me of this, so not their fault. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The service was very good - with punctual and friendly representativesd at both the drop off and the pick up. The only criticism is that the returned car looked as though it had been parked next to a building site while we were away - it was completely covered in a layer of dirt. We had just had the car valet cleaned before our trip and therefore know that the car was spotless when we dropped it off. All other aspects of the service were very good however and would use again - although would recommend that the cars are either parked in better cover, or cleaned if dirty before being picked up again.

It was very convenient travelling with a family to have someone pick up the car without having to worry about parking, and similarly upon return to have the car waiting for us. And at a lower price than on-airport parking!

maybe I didnt call earlier enough either when arriving to fly or after landing - but I was carrying on so had no suitcases to pick up. For this reason I had to wait a bit for the rep both times - but not long.

We were met promptly by the Ace driver for our departure flight and although our return flight was delayed 1 1/2 hours there was no problem reuniting us promptly with our car again. Excellent service, I would definitely use Ace again.

Having had to change all my travel arrangements at the last minute including departure airports due to airline strike, I was slightly concerned that I had not had time to thoroughly check out Ace's credentials before booking. I needn't have worried - not only were Ace timely (10 mins wait each way) and helpful but they were friendly even funny. I also had a great holiday.

have used Ace before when they were extremely helpful over a problem(my fault). This time no problems but equally good service.

It is certainly worth the meet and greet. No more expensive than the car parks and a lot less hassle. It saves having to park and wait for courtesy buses and you know your car is looked after. Recomend it to all.

It was all just so easy. Will definately be using you again whenever I fly from Gatwick.Helped make the whole journey so much easier.Will also be recommending you to all we know!

everything was perfect, guys was there when we turned up and we waited 5 mins on the return, the service was great value and would use again, my only one niggle is that the car was very dirty when returned as if it has been stored under a tree... but great service nevertheless!

I have used all of the valet parking companies, on most occasions paid double this cost. Best value for Gatwick out of them all. Driver was there when I arrived and five minutes away on my return. Excellent... Why pay more? Highly recommended!
