A great service. Was met at the airport on arrival and only waited about 5 minutes on return. Far better than waiting for a coach and then the transfer. Would use again and again. Thanks for making it so easy.

Compared with parking at a car park with coach transfers Meet & Greet is far quicker, cheaper and less hassle with the added bonus that in the winter you don't have to scrape the ice off the car.

they did what they said they would met us at airport and took the car and when i got back and rang them they where with us in about 20 minutes really happy to recomend ace parking

I have now used their services several times and have never been let down.

It was easy to book, easy to find where to drop car. Attendants were waiting and efficiently checked car and adminstered paperwork. On return minimum waiting time after informing of return. Car was returned promptly and ready to drive. And all good value for money! I would thoroughly recommend and use again !

Had a very pleasant experience with Ace Parking. The meet & greet service was excellent. No complaints. Will use Ace Parking in the future.

The above comment says it all, easier and less hassle than long term parking or waiting for a courtesy bus.

Driver was there to meet us when we dropped car at Gatwick and returned the car quickly when we arrived back at Gatwick. Drivers were friendly. Car was nice and warm when we collected it! Would recommend to others and use again.

I've used them 3 times before and had no complaints. Unfortunately this time, whilst the pick up was perfect, the return was less so. They took over 30 minutes to bring the car back and it was absolutley filthy, covered in bird droppings. to be fair, the guy bringing the car back was equally emnbarrassed!!

The service worked perfectly, when we arrived at the terminal Ace were there to collect the car and on my return likewise. The only negative was my car was quite dusty on the exterior.

Everything went very smoothly and we were attended to speedily both on the collection and the return - which is a bonus when you're tired, jet lagged and just want to get home. No problems with dents or scratches which was a great relief. All in all this was an excellent experience, thank you.

Even after calling over 20 minutes in advance we then waited for 20 minutes on arriving at the airport for somebody to collect the car. Otherwise we found the service very useful.

We were met going and coming at North terminal. The driver was friendly, & the car was returned as we had left it. This is the third time we have used Ace Parking and we would certainly use them again. The little extra over other airport parking costs,(which are a rip-off anyway),is well worth it.

Rang to say we would be arriving a bit early on arrival, late on departure. No hassle, polite on phone, found my details quickly, in both cases driver arrived on time. Had slight difficulty at identifying spot for drop off, although the instructions were correct, a picture on the site might help. I think this is a great service for the money.

This is still a service well worth doing although the formerly well kept secret of meet & greet (valet parking) is very much public knowledge now and there are many companies offering this service, thus the arrivals/deps area is very congested. The mileage was as expected but the handbrake cable feels as though the vehicle was left on a hill - very loose now. Car was washed for just £10 and so nice and clean upon our return. Panicked slightly as return phone number given wasn't answered for about 5 minutes when we got back, but car was still returned to us in under 10 mins. Would use Ace again, friendly service, thank you.

The service was faultless. A driver was waiting for the car when I dropped it off and the car was returned withion moments of my arrival back at the airport. The drop off/collection point was exactly where you would have been dropped off/collected by a friend or family member. The process was easy to follow and the service from booking to return of vehicle was friendly and helpful. The cost of the service represented excellen value for money. I will definately use this again and would stronlgly recommend to others.

It's a nice idea and sounds quite flash. The bonus is that you are right next to the terminal, but the reality is you are no better off than if you used the airports carpark, simply because you lose any flexibility in terms of getting to the airport slightly earlier, as you have a slot booked. in terms of the condition of the car, mine looked like it had been on a rally stage through a mud bath. The reason that they gave was because of a burst water pipe. (make your own mind up about that).

This was the first time we had used this parking system and we definately prefer it to driving to a coach transfer car park. The staff were friendly and efficient. The only problem was a 40 minute wait by the road to get our car back and that was with us following your procedure re calls after luggage collection. You ae not the only provider of this service. Maybe you should offer a 5% discount to returning customers. Malcolm Vineyard

Good value for money - cheaper than parking off airport and getting a shuttle bus, and far less hassle. I will definitely use Gosimply again next trip.
