they were all one expected . Only mild worry was that i rang to say i was collecting a day late. that was fine but they rang me 12 hrs after collecting it to say was i coming down on a train that night!!

This was our first experience with meet and greet. We went into it a little nervous given some of the things we had read on the internet about this type of service. However, the price was good and in theory, the service should help reduce all the faffing around required to fly out of the UK. Our experience with ACE in August 2012 was very mixed, in many respects the service was excellent, but in one big respect we were massively disappointed. To explain: we left our car on 7/8/12 and had to wait ten mins for the ACE driver to take the car away. Not an unreasonably long wait. Soon after we were called to say that the car was leaking water due to a split hose pipe. ACE offered to get this fixed while we were away and we agreed to this. This cost £71. This was all fine, however, when we received the car back on 17/8/12 (after about a 20 min wait) it was not drivable as water was in the spark plugs and the car was misfiring. This meant that we spent about three hours at Gatwick waiting for the AA and then getting the car repaired. Far from an ideal end to the holiday, given that I had two kids with me and this was in the late evening. I called ACE on the following Monday and told them of these events, I have had no response from them as yet although I was told that the owner would ring me.

Drop off was easy. Upon pick up we were a bit late coming out of the baggage area and the car was waiting right there. No hassles which is great when you arrive to the airport after a 7hr red-eye flight!

1st time was bang on time ...2nd time 45 minutes for our car to turn up.Driver didnt advise why delayed just said he had been handed the key !!!!

Cheaper than a taxi both ways, far more convenient than park and squashbus ride. Recommended!

I travel quite a bit and take my car to the airport, but usually park and ride. Ace Parking was brilliant...I only had to drive up to the drop off point and the driver was there to meet me. After checking the car over and handing over my keys, I was heading to departures. On return, my car was delivered where I dropped it and I was on my way home...would definitely use Ace again!

We left early as advised for the Olympics & there was no traffic! I called as we were an hour early & it was not a problem at all. Friendly driver collected the car, checked around for damage & off we went. The return was much the same though no check this time. As it was there appeared to be be white emulsion paint splashed along the side but this came off with a wash & some elbow grease so no problem really. I would definitely use them again.

WE chose Ace Parking on its competative price which undercut the long term car park by a few pounds. We hoped the service would run smoothly and that there'd be no hiccups. All went exactly as promised with a smooth drop off and prompt pick up. Would recommend this service.

Good efficient service. Chap was waiting for us at arrival and completed the paperwork quickly. On departure, car was returned within about 15 minutes in good order, valeted as requested inside and out. Would use again no hesitation.

Great value - we booked late and got what we felt was a great price compared to other parking services/airport car parks. They collected the car promptly and were waiting for us on our return. We paid £25 for a valet and the car was clean and ready. A fair but not great price (we can get it done cheaper locally). We'd use Ace again.

Service was good apart from delivery of car to airport. As stated in their literature, I called them after I collected my luggage. They said 20 mins. It was just under an hour when they turned up. (It happended to be torrentially raining at the time which didn't help!). This is POOR service. I had thought about calling them the second my plane landed. I should have done and I would recommend that others do. Not good enough.

Easy to organise on the net, only hitch was pick up so it might help to have a small map of where the car will be as after a holiday the memory is not that good!

We only had to wait a few minutes on arrival at Gatwick North for the Ace representative to appear and take our car. Just right for a quick get-away. We phoned after collecting our cases on our return, and the car was waiting for us when we exited the airport. Very prompt and much more impressive than experiences we have had with other meet and greet companies. We were soon on our way home - avoiding the usual bus to the long stay carpark - most welcome after a night flight back from Jamaica! I had not used Go Simply before but will definitely use them in the future, as the price was fantastic - lower than the long stay carpark! I can't recommend Go Simply and Ace highly enough - it's a no brainer at the price!

Easy booking process. Met on time by professional team member took condition of car, mileage etc and instilled confidence in service. Opted to have valet whilst away and car was cleaned to high standard. Met on time for swift getaway. Perfectly operated - couldn't have been bettered - would use again.

Good vale for money stress free parking with punctual collection and delivery of vehicle

Cant fault the service, only fault I could find was that I had the car cleaned by them whilst I was away and it had quite a smell inside when returned (maybe because it was standing around for a couple of weeks with the windows up)

Not as punctual as Maple Manor and not as thorough with checking the condition of the car. Very rushed service. Didn't hand over properly on my return and found scratches around the drivers side door handles. Don't know if I'll use them again as they didn't seem very professional.
