the plane was delayed I did not know there was going to be a £10 charge because it landed after 12pm, when we phoned from baggage collection he said it would be 20 minutes it was more on 40 minutes

Great service all round, couldn't have expected much more to be honest. Followed the instructions in the email that was sent and we were met when we arrived. Same service on the return leg of the journey. A very convinient serivce and well priced. Would happily recommend Ace Parking!

Fastest we've ever cleared Gatwick airport. Worked like clockwork, both departing and arriving. Quick phone call and there you were. Thank you!

I was most impressed with the punctuality on both arriving to collect my car and delivering my car back to me on my return. I would highly recommend others using this service for Gatwick, my children both said they preferred this option rather than me parking and us getting a coach to the terminal.

Despite calling them when we were 20 mins away from Gatwick they were still frustratingly late when they collected our car so I would strongly recommend that they concentrate on improving this part of the service as it's one of the most important aspects of the service.

Very good service had to wait a few minutes on arrival back to the airport so would recommend calling before u collect your bags but tell them u already have them. Other than that was excellent.

On departure we waited for some time for the Meet & Greet driver to pick up our car and were late checking in. On arrival we waited for 55 minutes outside the terminal for the driver to return our car after being told 10-15 minutes on the phone and were unable to contact the Ace Parking number by phone after that. Never again

Only issue was that the drop-off instructions could have been clearer (pass through 2 zebra crossings rather than lights), and I had to search for the Ace staff at drop-off as they were not obviously uniformed. Other than that, I would definitely use them again.

On arrival I had to wait 20 minutes for my car collection, although I called in advance as requested and was not informed of any potential delay. When returning from my journey, following an 11 hour flight I had to wait over 40 minutes for my car to be delivered. I would have been better off using a park and ride. Never had such a bad experience with airport parking.

A slight delay on arrival but to be fair I left it a little later than 20 minutes notice so that wasn't their fault! Car was waiting for me when I arrived, in same condition as I left it. Can't really fault the service, thank you for looking after my car!!!

I've used Ace Parking in the past and this experience was as good as ever. Car collected and dropped off on time, phones answered promptly & good customer service skills shown by the drivers...would continue to thoroughly recommend based on my experiences to date

Booking was simple, driver was prompt both at departure and arrival. No issues at all.

good vale for money but we did have to wait 25 mins for the car to be returned.

First time I'd used the service waited 15-20 minutes to get the card picked up but quick hand over. Arriving back about 15 minute wait but it was 2AM. Car had 6 miles clocked that morning and showed about 25 miles in total from what it was dropped off (computer logs all the trips). However the next morning I did find a knock on the door where another door had been opened on it. It left a mark on the paint that I polished out but there is a small dent now in what was an unmarked door. It can't really be filled/sprayed without having the whole door done so will just have to live with it. The waiting and hopefully a damaged free car is why I used this sort of service but having never had a problem with the car parks I'll probably go back to that knowing it won't be moved about with less chance of knocks.

Driver was waiting for me on arrival and less than 5 minuite wait on leaving. Very smooth handovers. Highly recommended.

The idea of what you offer was alien to begin with but once we handed over our cars at the airport and better still we collected them with no hassle even at 1 o'clock in the mooring I think this is a very good service which I will be using again so with out a doubt I would recommend this car parking service to everyone

We have used Ace Parking twice and have been extremely happy with the convenience of dropping the car off on arrival at the airport and having it delivered to us on return. The price for this service even beat most of the long stay car parks without the hassle of searching for bus stops and waiting for transfer buses. Would definitely book this service again.

Generally very good service instructions on telephone generally good the exact position of drop off & collection needs to be instructed on web site & at point of phone call to help best advice to prevent any misunderstanding. I will definitely use ACE again.

I used Ace parking for the first time after a work colleage suggested it. I felt a bit unsure but went for it and they really supply a great service i arrived at gatwick at 7am and was met by a member of there staff as i pulled up at exactly the spot we agreed.On return was as good and arriving back at 11.30pm all tired especially our little boy we walked out of the airport and was again met by a Ace parking representative.All i can say is if like me your threating of all the things like will my car be safe will extra milegae be put on or will it come back with damage i'd say give em a go they really supply a great service Darren august 2012
