This is the sixth time,at least we have used ACE PG. We were met on arrival by a smart badged driver. On return we rang from the luggage hall, 1 hour late as flight delayed, and as we crossed the road at North Terminal our car pulled in. Can't say better than that!

We arrived at Gatwick at 4.00 in the morning and the driver was already waiting for us. The "check in" procedure was quick and simple and so we were then able to get on with checking in for our flight. On return, we called when we had our bags and then only had to wait 5 or so minutes before the car was returned, we were very happy with the service we received and would use Ace Parking again.

All worked well. The words are correct but the addition of a map of the set down and pick up points would be helpful; Gatwick does not have a simple lay-out. The instructions say ring 20mins before the car is required, which we did from the luggage collection point, to be told to ring again when we were clear of the exit. The result of being told to ring again is frustrating when all is hell arind you. The car turned up 10 mins after the second call which was fine. Instructions need reviewing on this point.

Punctual and profession service. We paid £20 extra to have to car cleaned whilst we were away, the car came back immaculate. Will be using again and would recommend to others.

We called Ace Parking when we were about 10 miles from Gatwick and the driver was waiting to collect my car when we arrived. On our return we were delayed by 30 minutes, I called from the arrivals hall and the car was waiting for us by the time we got outside. Driver offered to help with our luggage which wasn't necessary. Excellent service from all of the staff we dealt with from drivers to people on the phones. Will definitely use again and happy to recommend.

apart from arriving a bit late to collect the car and leaving us in the cold for a little longer than we wished, the service was good, the process was quick and easy and we had no problems with the return of the car.

Excellent all round service. Car was picked up within 10 minutes even though we were unexpectedly 2 hours early. Staff are courteous and frendly. It represents excellent value for money. I was however suprised at the amount of mud splashed along the sides of the car which had obviously come from the wheels.

Would never go back to coaching it with all the hassle of bags and waiting for the coach to arrive

Compared with long term parking ACE meet and greet is definitely good value for money. However I had to wait at least 20 minutes for the car to be collected, despite giving them 20 minutes notice of my arrival. There were similar delays when I returned back to Gatwick.

The whole airport experience is not that pleasant for most people.To be able to drive to the terminal and walk in and to collect your car outside the terminal building after collecting your luggage makes the experience a whole lot better.

Booking online was very simple to start with. On my way to Gatwick i rang Ace 20 minutes before (as stated in the confirmation email) i got there and was told where the rep was going to be to meet me. Once i had arrived the very nice rep was already there waiting for me to take the car. On my return from a great holiday once i had collected all my bags i rang Ace and again i was well instructed where to meet the rep. When i came out of the main entrance i saw my car pull up on the second road where i had originally dropped it off. This is a great service and value for money i will use again myself for sure aswell as tell all my friends.

When we rang to ask for the car return, the person on the end of the phone was hard to understand and the phone kept cutting out.It took about 3 calls to be sure he had the message. After waitng 20minutes we rang back and a whole different shift had arrived who knew nothing about our calls. This manager was more helpful and apologetic (letting us know we were not the only passengers stranded without their car and unhappy). It took about an hour of waint ng and calls to get our car back. The delivery driver's view was - 'well nothing we can do here just let head office know'.

Very good value fo rmoney and very easy to use. It does take some to get the car and bring it to the airport when you return, but that is only to be expected,and much quicker than being transported back to some car park some miles from the airport.

Booked on line with no issues. Good value compared to other companies offering a similar service. Car collected and returned promptly. Drivers friendly and polite on both occasions.

We have used Ace six times now and would recommend them, as we have done. We were met punctually on arrival and return. Both drivers were well presented and professional in their approach. Our return flight was delayed, and to be met with a warm car at 1.30 am was wonderful. We will certainly be using them again.

On arrival at the airport, there were problems with my vehicle. The parking attendant was very helpful.

We were very happy with our experience with this company and will use again - hopefully before too long!!!!

I have to admit we were a little sceptical because of the low cost £58 for 15 nights with pick up and drop off. We normally drive to a car park some distanace away and bus it to and from the airport but we thought we would give it a go. The driver was there when we dropped off and arrived within seconds of our return. Honestly we coudn't beleve it. The staff were frindly polte and professional. The driver even made sure that the car was nice and warm when we picked it up. Bowled over best service ever and will not hesitate to use again and highly recommend. Thank you so much made the start and end of our holiday hassle free.
