easy to use. Car was delivered back to the airport by the time we got to the pick up point. Very good value and friendly people.

Prompt, simple and effective.. What else could we have asked for. From pulling up to enjoying a drink in the lounge took less than 35mins... Highly recommended, we will use them again.

We rang ahead from Brighton & ACE were there to meet us at North Terminal. On return we rang from the luggage hall, and the car was outside for us,warm & demisted. This is our 8th time using ACE, & we have nothing but excellent comments to make.

Attendant was waiting on arrival, even though we were 1.5 hours earlier than planned! Car was returned within 10 mins of calling. Excellent service.

Well worth the minimal added cost of a meet & greet service to save time and for convenience.

Even though the 20 mins was more like 30 it's a great service. Graf value, nice polite driver and I have recommended you and will use you agin and again..... Thanks for a much better ternative than a long stay car park!

The drop off part of the service was ok - the agent was a man of few words & not exactly friendly. When we returned to Gatwick after an 11 hour flight, we phoned as soon as we collected our luggage, but were told there would be a delay in returning our car to us. Surely the fact that we provide our return flight details means that Ace should be monitoring flight arrivals, so that our car should be ready when we arrive. This is not my idea of Meet & Greet and we will not be using this service again. Ok, it was cheap, now I see why.

Ace Parking is a great service not only with regards to cost but convenient (So no bus rides required) I will / have already recommended ACE Parking to friends and family, and will most defiantly be using them again. Roger

Friendly and efficient service, didnt have to wait too long for car to be collected or returned. Trying to judge when we were 20minutes away from arrival was the trickiest part, never sure when to phone, motorway speedes and volume of traffic make it difficult to judge . Car was a bit mud spattered on outside and a bit muddy in footwell, but not a problem, to be expected at this time of year i suppose.

A good service but had trouble contacting them when on our way to Gatwick meaning we had to wait about 25 minutes for them to turn up. Friendly drivers who collected and dropped off the car but the company is let down a bit by the abrupt telephone manner of the office man.

Pick up very long and poor communication but drop off was seamless. Make sure you call at least 30 mins before you arrive at airport.

I can recommend Ace Parking, and have used them several times. They have always turned up on time, both for collection and delivery of the car.

We arranged parking through gosimply.com 2 days before we flew to turkey this year, and we can say we will always choose meet and greet at gatwick from now on. The drop off and collections from ace parking were minute perfect. It is s nice to get into a warm car after travelling knowing that your on your way home with no hassle. Perfect..

Anyone can deal with the routine, but it's how a company can deal with variations or problems that separates out the amateurs from the professionals. I can absolutely assure you, this is a company of professionals. I was unable to return from my trip as expected and the return date kept being confirmed, then moved due to the problems I had with Egyptian immigration. I will be the first to say, I completed messed ACE parking around confirming dates, having them prepare the car and then cancelling only to repeat the process several times over. Rather then getting annoyed as you would expect, they were incredibly understanding, completely took it in their stride and did not complain once, and when I finally returned my car was delivered very quickly and in immaculate condition. I for one will make sure I always use ACE parking in future. To Colin and the team at ACE parking, THANK YOU!!

Arrived within 10 mins of arriving and bang on time on return. At less than long stay it's a no-brainer.

Excellent service all round. Car was picked up immediately on arrival at Gatwick at 4am and delivered as soon as we walked out of the airport on return.
