Low Cost Parking at Edinburgh Airport should be avoided at all costs. When we arrived back at site to collect our car they didn't know where it was parked!!! It took 2 members of staff 30 mins to find it!! They don't have marked parking bays - the guy even asked me what make my car was!! Your car will be crammed in beside others on a gravel open area and it's pot luck how quickly you get it back. Customer Service staff at Low Cost gave the poor excuse that it was the busy season and delayed and early flights had landed at the same time. Granted this was in July but at 1am on a Sunday with 4 members of staff doing nothing!!! was a bit hard to believe. There are several parking companies out there - choose wisely!!

went well apart from telephone no on card to get in touch when i returned was wrong no. apart from that all was fine.

Good fast drop off and pick up service. The collection section where cars await pick up would be better if it was tar and not stones because it was difficult to get my buggy, child and case to my car.

Very good value. Cars were parked alarmingly close and some tow bars were touching cars behind. We were not convinced our car would be in one piece on our return (but it was) A long way to the bus stop but mostly covered walkway. not so good for elderly.

The car park was easy and convenient. Staff were friendly and efficient. The only concern I would have is that if there had been heavy rain there was very little covered space to wait under

We were taken to the airport promptly after we checked in the car. Had to wait about 10 minutes at the bus stop for the return journey to pick up the car. Car park was easy to find, instructions were good.

No problems with the car park or the people, a fast and efficient and cheerful service. The only warning I'd give is that, as the surface of the car pickup area on return is gravel, best not to be wearing flipflops when you get off the shuttle! Other than that, a great service and great value for money - especially compared to most of the competition!

When we arrived early morning it was very heavy rain as there was no room for 6 of us in the waiting area some of us chose to wait in the car . More cars arrived before the bus appeared and were just alllowed to go on the bus before us and our party had to be split in two. At the time I felt that staff should have asked later arrivals to wait for the return of the bus and kept us together.

Maybe it was the flight time but car parking facilities seemed too small for the level of customers. Had to move car several times to allow other cars to be moved around. on our return staff tried their hardest but insufficient pick up buses with insufficent room for luggage.

Car keys and Car not ready on return. Keys were 'lost' for 20 minutes. Sincere apology by owner did not make up for the disappointing wait at 4.00 am

Fine going out. On our return on tuesday morning 8th july our car keys were not hanging up where they should have been in the office the nice girl behind the desk apologised and searched further but still no keys. Perhaps the car had been moved to their sister site she suggested if the car park had been too full. When a car park attendant came in he also searched for the keys then left the office to look for the car either in that car park or over in the sister site. After waiting for over an hour in total he drove up to the office in our car. When I asked him what had happened and had our keys been left in the car he said Oh No he had found the keys in the office and had been looking for the car until he found it. I dont believe this was the truth, he left the office without telling us or the girl behind the counter that he had found the keys. The girl behind the counter reapetedly apologised and continued to look for the keys while this guy was out in the car park looking for our car. I think the guy lied to me when I asked him what happened in case he or the car park got into trouble.

On arrival the carpark was full. Nowhere to leave my car without fear of it being damaged. Had to wait (in the cold) 20 minutes for bus transfer to airport. Was picked up 3am from airport by a driver who was unfit to lift suitcases and had terrible attitude with passengers. Needless to say I will not be using your carparking facilities again and have told others the same.

Landed at 320am, waited for 30 mins before a bus came to pick us up. Driver said only picking up Flying scot car park customers. Bus arrived 10 mins later. Not enough room for everyone's luggage. My luggage was on my lap going to the car park. Yes cheapest, however not the most efficient!!! Will not use again will be going back to ncp long stay car park!!

This place is cheap but that is obviously a function of the quality of people they employ - I returned from vacation on 12th July to discover my 2 year old BMW 5 Series had been damaged whilst in the care of Low Cost Parking (bad dent in rear bumper and parking sensor knocked out and missing). I reported the damage immediately and was told "the Manager will call you" Despite a chasing call to THEM - I still await a call from "the Manager" Matter is now in the hands of my Insurance Co - needless to say I will never use this lot again. PS: whilst I was there a couple on the same bus transfer could not pick up their car as their keys had been lost - they were still awaiting LC Parking finding their keys when we left.........

Edinburgh airport is close to home and the parking is on the edge of the airport. 30 mins after leaving home we were through checkin and having a coffee. we have used this service before and will do in the future.

On our return to Edinburgh airport we had to wait more than 30 mins for the coach to take us back to the car park. The receptionist (and one of the attendants)in the office was at best useless and at worst rude and abusive. our car was still parked in the car park, away from reception when we finally arrived and we received no help in locating it in the car park. We spoke directly to the owner regarding the terrible customer service and are still awaiting her promised follow up call to explain what caused the delay and an apology. We will never use this car park again and would not recommend it.

Simple proceedures allow for easy arrivals and transfers. Phone in terminal could be better signposted.close to airport better than most and competitive

All in all a good efficient service. Staff were friendly and helpful and facilities acceptable. Only down side was the delay in the free transfer arriving but overall good value for money. Would certainly use again and recommend to others.

my car was blocked by 2 cars your attendents said they had no keys for and they had to move 3 other cars to leave me to take my car out a very tricky manouver with mm to spare,did not even get an apoligy,will never use them again.

The driver taken us to the airport was v helpful and well mannered. On our return trip back to the carpark the driver was in far to much off a hurry. We had been delayed abit and it was like he was just wanting to get finished.. No manners...
