The only grouse, and a very minor one, was that when I collected my car the other cars were quite tightly packed together so that there was only one quite narrow exit but really this is just an unnecessary grumble and otherwise everything was spot on!

Very dissappointed.used for the first time but would notrcommend it to anyone. value was fine but staff had difficulty in finding our booking at the desk on the return the courtesy bus took longer than we expected after contacting them. The car was not moved to an easy plae to collect. another customer had to have guidance from us to maneouvre her car out of a narrow space as parking looked chaotic and this is very stressful after returning from holiday. Also customers were given keys and had to take luggasge with them over the gravel to look for their car. luckily I wAS with my partner but if i had been travelling alone i would have bacome anxious as noone seeme bothered about your collection experience. There was A WHOLE GROUP OF TENMEN WHO WERE VERY AGITATED ABOUT THE LENGTH OF TIME THEY WERE WAITING FOR A COURTESY BUS. Sorry I would look else where for parking as I have have much better experience with Belair at Newcastle or NCP at leeds.

Fantastic service, no delays in being picked up to and from airport, car awaiting on arrival. Would certainly recommend for price & service.

Best service ever: swift check-in; friendly, bright and smiling staff and fast transfer to airport (which is very close by). Couldn't really be improved - highly recommended.

On arriving home from holiday we found our 6mth old car had been damaged. Low Cost Airport parking are refusing to take responsibility for it and we are fighting with them at the moment to get repair done. Would never use again and would certainly not recommend

Used previously. This time the Royal Highland Show was taking place at Ingleston. No problems booking in or transfer to airport. Will use again in future.

Got back to parking area ask for car told it was over by the back gate took me 10 min to find car then 10 min find my way round all the parked cars [not good at 04.45.am ]

There were two staff members at the counter, however, they were very slow when dealing with each individual customer, it was lucky I arrived pretty early for my flight, otherwise, potentially I could have been late. The staff were polite and helpful, if they were a little more quicker in what they were doing and didnt take all the time in the world the overall service would have been excellent. As I was left waiting for ages while they dealt with one person in front of me.

On my departure the driver who took us to the airport damaged my case when taking it out of the van. The driver admitted liability as he yanked the case out instead of lifting it out, this resulted in me having to buy a new case abroad. The case was so badly damaged that it would not have made the journey back. The driver assured me he would report it as soon as he got back but this was not the case. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the staff to fill in a claim form and advised some one will be intouch. As yet no one has been intouch and would appreciate a manager call back ASAP.

Appears to be good value for money although can't comment on security arrangements. Seemed to be some confusion with customers between this park and Scotpark to which it is affiliated. On return I was first taken to Scotpark by mistake.

It still seems the best value proposition at Edinburgh and until things change I will continue to use it.

When I returned another customer's key had been lost, and there was a total lack of professional customer service. As for me, my car was still buried deep in the lot and it took almost an hour for the staff to find the key, and get the car. Low Cost might be cheap, but they are disorganised, inefficient, confused, dozy... I won't be using them again, and do not recommend them.

bus was waiting when arrived at car park and on return was very quickly picked up at terminal. short transfer and driver very friendly and helpful. very good value for money.

A bit tricky to find due to proximity of neighbouring park: had to ask an NCR employee where it was, only to find we were outside the gate. Directions to the park are OK but the park is not very well signed. Staff excellent. Had to wait perhaps 10 mins for a transfer to the airport, but pick up was quick. Employee obligingly brought my car from where it was parked to the office, which made our departure easier.
