Car Park easily found. Obvious reception when you arrive. Staff friendly efficient. For first time users it may not be easy to find the airport telephone but by asking I found it.

One thing I was't happy is, the map was wrong. I check the place on the google web site and it pointed wrong place. Except for that, everuthing good.

No delay with coach transfers. Only minor point was the small print asking customers to allow an extra half hour if they wished their vehicle condition to be checked - otherwise no liability accepted. This seemed like a means of wriggling out of liability. In practice, however,getting the vehicle checked was not an issue.

Straightforward experience . Great location with friendly and helpful staff. My only gripe was the very rough parking surface however delighted with overall facility and service provided at a reasonable cost. Have used before and will most definitely use again and recommend my friends to do same.

This was the cheapest quote that I got for parking yet the service could not have been better. Staff were cheerful and helpful (handled all the luggage) I will go for this option every time in future.

airport parking is always a rip off but this one is less of a rip off than most. The parking is just off the main road to the airport and transfers were quick and easy. I'd use them again.

The parking was easy to find, transfer to and from the airport terminal was quick and we found all the staff friendly. Would definitely use the service again.

We had no problems with Low Cost Parking. We were being dropped off at the airport within 15 minutes of arriving. On our return I just needed to text the number on the card we had been given and the transfer came to pick us up within 15 minutes.

Easy online process. Excellent and frequent e mail updates;in particular update e mail 2 days prior to departure date. Peace of mind security, convenient location,drop off and pick up points to airport. Would recommend and will use Low Cost Parking again.

The car parking service was very good value. We opted for a car wash while we were away, but were disappointed on our return to find that this was very poor quality or had not been done at all. The duty staff did refund the cost of this.

Service was better coming back than going out but all in all very good.

The only problem I had was the directions to the site which I only found after a visit to a NCP car park. May be my misreading of the directions.

This car park is really easy to find, the staff are friendly and helpful no matter the time of day. Your car is parked by the staff, so you have to leave your keys, but, in my case anyway, the car is always ready to drive away when we get back to the car park. This car park is always one of the cheapest to book as well, I would recommend it to anyone.

first class service .out the car straight on to the bus.same on the way home of the plane and the bus was waiting.
