We were lucky on our return that we did not have to phone for the transfer transport as one vehicle was already in the stance and the driver could not have been more helpful.

Always cheap and due to its ideal location, very straight-forward. No hassles, no delays, making for a relaxing start to your flight.

The bus blocked my view of frontage and hence the main entrance to the office. Staff on return welcoming.

transfer to airport on departure was fine,arriving back after holiday and transfer back to car park did not go down as well,as they only sent out small coaches to pick us up at airport and there was quite a lot of people there not happy at all,last thing you want after holiday is to be waiting on transfers back to car park,but for all that they did send out the coaches veryn fast so not to much of a delay.

not enough transport for the number of passengers arriving back from holiday,waiting 15 minutes,20 passengers and one small mini-bus arrives,we managed to get the third one.

Would recommend this car park. Staff pleasant and helpful. shuttle bus on time to and from airporty. Our car was waiting for us next to reception on our return. Price good. Will use them again.

once we arrived at the carkpark the bus took us to airport within 5 mins and the same on way back.

Upon my return I was given the keys and told my car was straight on.... It was windy and wet day and bearing in mund I have returned from hols tired and just wanted to go home....I could not find the car. I went back to the office and was told it was definitelly there, went back in the wind and rain and as suspected- no car. Until my boyfriend decided to ask someone to show me my car when eventually the member of staff went to look for it- she couldn't find it. There was no apology, nothing. My car was found between other cars, so I had to wait until they move them out....just a nightmare and no a word of apology. Next day I woke up with a terrible cold and I blame the car oark!!!

The site we had booked into was initially hard to find and we turned up at another operated by the same company. Without hesitation they transferred our booking and carried out all the associated paperwork. Excellent service at 4.15am when we were stressed about being late for check-in.

Shuttle service also at night is reliable. However, discovered scratches at drivers site (brand new car) under dirt from shoes of the person changing car position at Lowcost car park. These could not be discovered in the night without a torch and tissue to clean the dirt. No compensation, advice from car park staff: use torch and cleaning tissue next time...:(

When we came back the van was drawing up to collect us as we approached the meeting point. It was very efficient.Well done.

Prompt transfers to and from, friendly staff and quick turnaround. Would recommend.

Efficiently organised at a definate low cost price - no strings attached

Excellent service, and good value. Only slight problem I had was locating the courtesy phone as it didn't say on the orange ticket where to find it. Other than that, I will definitely use the service again.

We will most definitely use this service again in the future when we travel. Very good, prompt and cheerful staff.

Aside from being the cheapest option, it is very close to the airport, and best of all, there was no waiting around at the airport to fill up the minibus. We were returned immediately to the carpark.

Was very happy with service. Booking in was quick and freindly. Mini bus driver was brilliant he was so helpful and cheery he made travelling with a toddler so relaxed. Will use them again.
