the driver I had was the same one going out and coming back and was very helpful.although my ticket had been swallowed in the wash, this was not a problem.the punctuality was first class and would certainly use again and recommend to others.

Did not realise that you had 2 carparks and we arrived back at the wrong one. The problem was quickly resolved and we were dropped off at the correct one.

Couldn't find the car park to start with, but didn't take long. Staff very friendly and efficient both at drop off and collection. Very good value for money.

Very good customer service at a very good price. Car park very near airport so transfers take only minutes.

Friendly staff and quick transfer to airport, we had no time to wait, it was the same on the return journey. Would certainly use Low Cost Parking again.

Inital meeting/greeting pleasant, tranfer too airport was immediate. On return collection was easy and trasfer prompt. However, on entering the vehicle it was noted the requested hoover of the car had not been carried out. I had to return too the desk for a refund, for the uncompleted service. Also, although it could possibly be attributed to the short return drive, I discovered a large nail in the sidewall of rear near-side tyre, thus requiring its replacement. The nail was not present on delivery of the car to low cost parking, I believe it was picked up in the car parking area.

I use Low Cost Parking fairly often because it is cheap, reliable and have not had any problems.

straight forward to use, easy to find, staff efficient, were at airport within 10 mins of parking car, the same after landing, clear instructions so had no probs what so ever, would use again

both outward&inward experiences trouble free.Even allowed on return shuttle without ticket thank you!

Great service and very close to the terminal. Tho I came back on a domestic flight with only hand luggage and did not see a courtesy phone, fortunately transport arrived for others at the designated bay.I was about to text but did not need to.

Leaves you feeling chilled knowing your car is safe and all you have to worry about is enjoying your break and knowing that you just have to phone on your return and the mini-bus will pick you up and your car is ready and waiting for you. First time I have used this service but will not be the last. Many thanks.

Staff could have been more more friendly and helpful - didn't say a word! Otherwise a satisfactory experience, and at a good price.

I had no problems with the service. I waited a little longer than expected to be transferred from the car park to the airport but overall the service was fine

No answer when i phoned the reception for a pick up on my return. Tried for 10 mins then decided to walk to the pick up point and luckly someone else was also waiting and bus did arrive. Good point was that my car had been running and therefore screens cleared but that was probably because they had to do it so that they could drive it from it's parking spot to the reception rather than for my benefit. Also the lighting at reception is poor and when i arrived and departed it was impossible to have a inspection carried out to check for damage.

At 02.00hrs arriving home to a cold and wet day. to have the car running and the heater on was the perfect touch Thank you

Staff really helpful, but to return from holiday to find that your car had been badly damaged, when it had been left in perfect condition was not the best experience.

The car park was easy to find. The staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't have to wait long for bus transport to the terminal and back to the carpark. I would use them again.
