friendly and prompt service no wait on arrival responded to call at airport on return

Transfer to and from the airport was very efficient,the drivers had a good sense of humour.

Easy to book, confirmation quick with thorough instructions and directions. No problems encountered at all. Quick and easy transfer to terminal, no hanging about. Will use again.

Directions to find car park were excellent. transfer quick picup very quick also. Staff very helpful and pleasent.

The arrival procedures and staff were very good, friendly staff, punctual service etc.. returning the coach was late, not big enough for the number of passengers (eventually required 3 coaches), went to another parking area first without acknoledgement from the driver, who was very unhelpful, and the cars were parked in an unmade surface area which was impossible to pull wheeled trolleys, very rough and uneven. Staff on return simply said cars were parked "over there past the gate" which was not entirely helpful.

Cheerful, efficient reception. Very close to the terminal. Helpful, chatty drivers, Couldn't have been better.

We got the girl to check the car over for bumps & scratches when we left the car, as they encourage clients to do. On our return there was a scrape on one of the doors. The boy I spoke to was not very interested. I had to ask to fill in a report and ask again for a copy. I had to ask yet again how this would be dealt with. I was told someone would be in touch, but a week later I am still waiting!!!!

Directions to the site weren't great, we almost went into the wrong car park. Booking in was fast, efficient and friendly and we got the offer of a valet service. Transfer was also good, didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes going out or coming back. Only slight criticism was on the pick up. The car was parked on a loose stone surface which was pretty pitted and muddy. Difficult dragging baggage around. Never-the-less, good value for money.

it is virtually impossible to drag trolley type cases accross the parking area due to the uneven surface so an area should be made to transfer cases after collecting the vehicle, this is my only complaint

I said I would collect car at 00.30 on the 11th Oct as plane due to land at 11.55pm on the 10th and I thought I needed at least 30 mins to get bags. This was misinterpreted by staff and when I arrived they could not find my car eventually tracing it and having difficulty as it was rows behind as they thought I needed my car on the 11th after midnight ie 00.30 on the 12th.I finally left the car park at about 2.30am and got to my son'shouse in glasgow at 3.45 very tired.

When we got there the car park was overbooked but we were told to go to their other site which is just around the corner. Absolutely no issues with this they were courteous and we found it easily. There were no problems with the transfers, to the airport or back again. I have read some other reviews where people were not happy with this element and can only say we had no problems at all. I also read that some people found it hard to find but again I had no problems in finding the place. Got the car back safe and sound and would definately use again.

I found this site to offer the best value for money for my requirements, will use again!

No problems except that we could,nt find the Courtsey phone. However when we came out of the airport the transfer bus was waiting.Perhaps we were too tired after a long flight.

easy to find and closer to airport than other more expensive car parks . would not hesitate to use again or to recommend it .

Do not think that because it is less expensive than other parking places it is not as secure or reliable. this is our first time using this parking and we will certainly be using it in the future.

Car park easy to find. Staff efficient and friendly and cost very reasonable. Transfer to and from airport was very quick.

Everything was fine with the car sitting waiting for us at the office on our return. Only problem was the courtesy phone, in the airport, which didn't work.

Cheap, chearful. Car was really dirty when I picked it up though. Looked like it had been parked under a tree that had lost all it's leaves, and was then prayed with mud ! However, staff very friendly, quick service, will use again.
