As a regular user, it was easy to book my carparking. Pick up and drop off to the airport was very quick.

The car park is in very close proximity to the airport and it is very easy to find, the tansfers were very quick and the staff were courteous and helpful. You can have your car washed while you're away and they had the engine running on the car for a fast exit.

Coach drivers were friendly and accommodating. Car park easy to find. All very straightforward and hassle free. Highly recommended.

No hassle, no problem and the cheapest car parking at Edinburgh airport. Need I say more?!

The car was running and warmed up on my return which was very much appreciated.

I liked the way the chap helped load our gear onto the minibus with speed and care. We called after baggage collection and the pick up was very prompt. I've waited longer for airports own transport service.

Have used this site numerous times and have encountered no problems , will continue to use this parking company when flying from Edinburgh

From the moment I drove in to the moment I drove away everything to do with "Low Cost Parking" was seamless - there were little attentions to detail which I really appreciated and the helpful friendly staff are wonderful! I will use the service whenever I need to leave a car at Edinburgh airport

Everything was as advertised and there were ni hitches . We were on a minibus to the airport within five minutes of arriving. On our return the car was waiting for us and we were back on the M8 without fuss.

Service overall was good, parking near airport, however when collecting my car on the Sunday evening the transfer service was very slow as the demand for the bus meant it was full first time it arrived at the airport- so a number of people had to wait for 20 minutes for the bus to arrive in 0 degree temperatures- no apology was offered for this.

only fault i could find was there is many car parks in the same area and directions and sign posts were a bit confusing to find the correct park

despite heavy snow when we arrived back ( the airport was actually closed and we were transfered by bus from glasgow) the transfer bus came to pick me up very quickly. Somebody gave me a hand to showel snow of the car and offered a push if i needed it. Good friendly service - and the cheapest!!!

Very good at the drop off time but the bad snow conditions on return clouded the service as it took a while to get out of the car park due to the snow and lack of personnel on site. However I think that this was common to all providers and the main thing is that I got out with their help

Checking in was efficient and easy, transfers were excellent although on the return there were too many arrivals for the mini bus but another was on its way. Car was ready and waiting. Great service and would definitely book again.

I booked the parking last minute - and was very pleasantly suprised. Great wee company - checked in early and checked out late and had no issues. Will certainly be using them again.

The first courtesy phone was broken ie the two most frequently used digits did not work.As instructed we sent a coded text to a specific number -- there was no reply confirming that the text had been received. When eventually we got a working phone a pre recorded message told us to go to stand 11, there were upwards of 30 people there and no bus! When eventually a bus arrived it was a 15 seater! These people have flight numbers and access to flight times . Why can't they have an appropriate bus sitting waiting? The time taken from arrivals hall to getting into my car was around 1.5hours. I think I'll go elsewhere next time.

Outward travel was very good and no delay. Friendly helpful efficient staff. However on return there was a delay on being collected due to the fact that there were too many passengers arriving at the same time. The mini bus was filled to capacity on two occasions before we were eventually picked up. On pick up we had a drop off at the Hilton Hotel before returning to the car park. Perhaps a bigger vehicle to meet busy flights would help to ease the conjestion and keep your customers happy.
