Buses arrived within minutes at both car park and airport. Drivers exceptionally helpful. Numberplate recognition makes the park easy to use - no hanging around for someone to take money or give keys back. I would definately use again.

I found getting to the parking area very easy and on our arrival, the system knew who I was when the camera seen my registration. Once we dropped the car off, we only had to wait a couple of minutes on the bus arriving to pick us up, and it dropped us off right outside the airport. On our return, again, we only had to wait a couple of minutes on the bus picking us up, and it took us straight to the car. It was so easy using this company and I would use them again.

very efficient number plate recognition entering and leaving car park. Very frequent bus transfers to and from airport. By far the best carpark at Edinburgh airport

Computerised screen recognised or car reg as we deove up, found space very quick, when we exited the car, we noticed the bus had followed us & we immediately were taken straight to terminal entrance ... perfect. On our return the bus was waiting at stance 10 and took us straight back to our car (just remember the bus stop number nearest when you leave your car!)Would definitely book this company again, absolutely no hesitation. Go for it!

Car recognition system worked, took ticket , parked , a bus came within 10 minutes , very short journey to airport. Return was just as easy with very helpful bus driver. I would definitely use this car park again.

From recognising your name from your number plate as you drive in, to prompt pick up and return, a smooth experience

Staff were offhand. rude, and unable to communicate properly. The service was sufficient for my needs, although I was uncomfortable leaving my keys, however no apparent harm occurred. Price was very competitive but I'd have second thoughts before using again.

Favourable experience. Bus transfers punctual and frequent. Number plate recognition made exiting easy. Signposting at exit to get back to M8 could have been clearer.

First bus didn't stop to pick us up because it had passengers in all seats but there was standing room. We were then running really late and the driver of the second bus decided to be really helpful and stopped to cram as many people as possible onto the bus so we were even later. I won't use Secure Airparks again.

Parked the car and walked to nearest bus stop - 1 min away. A coach arrived with 3 minutes. The driver helped us on with our luggage and we were straight off to airport. On return journey, we arrived at designated bus stop at airport and a bus arrived within 1 min. Very happy with this car parking arrangement. There was no going to an office and booking in car etc., in fact they have a camara on gate which operates a car recognition system. Would definitely use again.

Transfers were quick but felt we had to wait some time with tired kids on our return for a bus back but in all was a smooth transition Bus driver was helpful and friendly All in all a good experience and woudl use again

Worst comment in respect of staff is given as I didn't see any save the transfer coach driver.

Very efficient service with no delay in parking due to the number reading entrance and wide parking spaces. Only minutes before transport to airport. Return was similar just minutes before the bus took us back to the car. Highly recommended.

The whole experience was first class, from being close to the airport, easy entry and exit, and seemingly frequent transfers. With number plate recognition on entry and exit, and pre-payment, the only personal contact was with the trabsfer bus driver.

It was easy to find carpark, the directions were easy to follow. We were late for our flight but parking of the car did not take long,

We were in the car park, parked and on the bus to the airport within a few minutes, very painless.

There seemed to be plenty of bus stops and the bus was very efficient. Would recommend use to friends
