Very efficient service, on arrival barrier lifts automatically with vehicle number recognition, lifts again on exit automatically no neeed to get out of your vehicle. Plenty of spaces for parking, keep your keys so no one touches your car.

The transfers are the strong point. Easy to access from return flights, frequent services, helpful drivers.

Have used Secure Airparks three or four times over a six or seven year period. The service has become more efficient each time used e.g. vehicle number plate recognition upon entering and leaving car park. I also like keeping my own car keys. However the car park exit could be more clearly identified, especially if park further back from the entrance. Would definitely use again.

Never came across any staff apart from transfer driver, but was all very straight forward so that was ok. Very frequent servive to terminals.

From booking in and arriving there was no problem getting into the car park, to getting on the bus.Arriving back getting on the bus and dropped of at the stop nearest to your car. The way this service is run is first class. I would highly recommend it.

Easy to find, friendly, helpful drivers for transfers, helping with bags, buggy etc. transfers frequent and transfer time ideal, would recommend 100%!

We had our car parked 18 days there and noticed that one door was dented and damaged when we returned. We were told that the car park could not find anything on their CCTV videos and they advised our insurance company that they do not accept any liability. We know for sure that our car was in perfect condition before we left it there which should also be visible on their CCTV videos. We are consequently very upset.

Efficient service, hassle free and very competitive price. Just a pitty the security check at edinburgh airport wasn't as efficient ! Perhaps you could give them some tips.....

Very efficient service both on departure and arrival. Both times the bus driver delivered a great level of customer service in a very friendly manner. Will definitely use again if flying out of Edinburgh.

This is the second time I have used Secure Airparks and both times the experience from arrival at the car park, transfer to the airport and return has been extremely simple and straight forward. The car park is ideally located for access to both the airport and to the motorway system. Highly recommend it.

Did what we wanted - easy to book online, bus arrived to pick us up just after we left the car. On return a bus was waiting (and another was 2 mins behind it, as it was a busy time of evening) - driver helpful and good humoured took us he 5 mins to the car. Left the park without hassle, so on the road less than 10 mins after leaving the airport.

Very little wait time for transfere bus. I usualy do the main NCP Long Stay carpark and have always been very pleased with them but my preference will be SecureParks from now on.

For years we have asked and been asked by family members to take and collect them from the airport. This is the first time we have used this service and will be recommending it to all our family and friends. As we arrived at the car park so did the bus and as we arrived at the airport we had to wait no more that a couple of minutes for the bus to pick us up. Excellent service.
