Would use this parking again had no problems what so ever hope to use it in the future

Overall could not find fault,its very easily signposted within the airport,only approx. few minutes from terminal,buses very frequent,very helpful,the barrier would not open on arrival into the carpark,and within 5 minutes after speaking through intercom,a service van pulled up and efficiently fixed it,with an apoplogy,will defo use again!

The only problem was a 20 min wait for the bus back to the car park on return, the bus was full of tirred poeple many of whom had to stand.

An easy and economic car park, with a frequent bus service to the terminal. My only concern was that the ANPR camera misread my number plate on arrival, which I didn't spot until my return. However, I used the call button at the exit, explained the situation, quoted my reference number, and the barrier was lifted, with no problem. Thank you very much for an efficient service.

Number plate recognition did not work i found it very difficult to exit the car park.The transfers were also difficult for my partner and I having to manhandle our luggage,no help available.

The car park is very well lit, and safe for women travelling alone, transfer arrived quickly and arrived at airport without delay. parking spaces well marked and lots of room between cars, easy to find in the dark! Ease of access and no delay in leaving the car park, would use this carpark again.

The only thing that let this experience down was as we were leaving. Got held up at the barrier only to be advised there was a surcharge of £67.50! Having spoken to the chap on the monitor we were let through but it did give me a fright!

We are regular users of both simplyparking and the jetplus car park. We have always been very satisfied with the facilities and service.

Just one snag. Ticket not working on exit . Asked for £53. Had to phone help but were let through barrier with number plate details very quickly.

No problems on entry and leaving the car park.. easy to find a space... would do with more information signs.. but definately will use again.
