Was told to park in short stay car park as wife is disabled, paid normal price, felt like we were upgraded before the holiday even started, fantastic company, will recomend to all my friends and family.

On arrival I took my ticket and on departure the camera identified my registration number so there were no issues on leaving. Bus arrived within seconds to take us to the departure terminal and there waas a bus waiting to pick us up on our return. I did find it slightly confusing as to which bus to get on to return to the car park but fortunately someone recognised from the journey there so we knew we were on the correct bus! Bus drivers never said a word to the passengers on either bus and didn't offer to help with luggage.

Easy to find - well signposted. Less easy to find immediately was the pick up point on the return trip

good transfer service from car park to terminal, a very helpful driver. Would certainly recommend, only criticism is entrance to shuttle plus not lit up.

Dead easy to find, staff were entertaining and the shuttles were regular and on time, could not fault the service will definately use Shuttle Plus in the future :)

The car park was well marked. On arrival everything ok, parked car, only had to wait a few mins for the shuttle bus. Friendly driver for early in the morning. On my return I was waiting just inside the terminal building for the shuttle bus - it was cold and raining. I saw the bus drive through the security barrier to the airport and walked out of the terminal waiting area - took literally seconds, by which time the bus driver (who obviously had an empty bus) had driven past bus stop, and as I was only on my way, and not waiting - drove straight past the stop without pulling in!!! I then had to wait 30 mins for the next bus in the cold. I had an appointment which I was in a hurry to get to, so wasn't happy! When it came to getting out of the car park my ticket wasn't recognised, so rang the button for assistance - the operator asked for my ref no which I gave..., then my car registration no... then my name.... who had I booked with.. then said he would have to send someone out to check my booking papers (which I had with me). After waiting 5 mins, and getting later for my appointment - I rang the button again to find out how much longer I was going to have to wait. The barrier then went up, without a word, no apology, explanation, nothing. Next time I will pay more and walk to the terminal.

Entry was less than straightforward as machine did not open the gate automatically for a registered booking but had to be prompted. Same on exit, operator assistance was required. During your holiday write your booking reference on the back of your ticket. It is not at all clear that one is expected to keep one's car keys. A good idea which still has teething problems, it seems.

Car-parking instructions and directions were clear and helpful, bus-drivers were friendly and courteous and the whole experience was pleasing and efficient.

I was able to park in the allocated disabled spaces with my Blue Badge, in the short stay carpark, which was very helpful

Didn't have to wait long for shuttle bus, plenty of spaces and number recognition meant that we were straight in and out of car par. I would recommend it

OK but on return when entering the ticket to exit the machine requested payment of £35. We had prepayed took a time to sort out.

When we got to the shuttle plus car park (well signposted, easy to find)the sign said it was full- use ecomony 2 which was near by. Quick pick up and transfer to the departures building with guidelines from the driver as to where to go and where to be picked up on our return. A longer cold wait for the shuttle back to the car park. On exit the car was not recognised as prepaid but using the intercom and giving the booking reference number quickly resolved the problem.

Our flight was delayed for 10 hours on our return journey. Any other type of parking would have charged us for this but SPP did not.

When arriving at the car park i sat at the barrier for a few mins it didn't open for me so i had to call for assistence. when the call was answered the operator was brilliant explaining what i had to do to enter an also what to do on my departure. Would defdo park here again was stresss free and completed my holiday. Thankyou so much

The car parks were well sign posted, secure and spacious. We only had to wait approx 5 mins before a shuttle bus picked us up to t/fer us to and from the airport terminal. It was so easy and hassle free, no queueing for your car keys at a reception desk as the number plate recognition barriers worked brilliantly. I would definitely recommend this facility and will be using it again in the future.

Offered the cheapest transfers, easy to use online service, confirmation received promptly and straightforward. Quick pick up and friendly driver. Would recommend and will use again. Thanks

Pretty good but too far from the terminal, the shuttle bus was late and so I walked to another stop, he still didn't come for a further 10 minutes. I know patience is not my strong point but I wanted to get home !!! Make sure you leave extra time for the transfer.
