Excellent trouble free parking, enter the airport at the main entrance and follow the signs, couldn't be easier. Great value for money, certainly a lot cheaper than getting a taxi both ways. Will definitely use again next time we fly from East Midlands.

Parking was very easy to book. Didn't have to wait long for shuttle bus and basically just good value for money.

The car park was fine but unfortunatly my wife was ill on the last day & we had to stay on for an extra four days. The parking for the week was £24 & we was charged an extra £35 for those extra four days. I did phone the parking & informed them in advance of the situation but only saw the bus driver at the airport.

Waited about 2 minutes for the bus from the car park to the airport. On our return the bus was parked up ready to go so there was no hanging around in the cold. Dropped us off right by our car. Automatic payment barrier worked fine. Woould definately use again

My main concern is the poor lighting level in Shuttle Plus - only a few of the large lights are on in the evening. As a woman travelling alone every week I do not feel entirely secure when arriving at the car park for my 6.55pm flight as it is already dark. Because of the poor lighting I have also arrange for my mother to get a taxi to and from the car park when she comes to visit us in France as her return flight lands 9.30pm and I think the car park lighting is unacceptable for a lady of 73yrs to be trying to find her car and cope with luggage at 10pm.

Cant fault the service at all, only problem we had was trying to find the exit, could'nt see any signs and after along day, it was dark and wet and really struggled to find way out, in the end followed another car and hoped for the best. But this wouldnt put us off we would deffinately use the service again.

Directions OK, cheapest price I could find, bus waiting time acceptable. Would definitely use again.

AS this was a cheap service and the car park quite a way from the terminal we expected a bit of a wait in getting transfers. Maybe just lucky but they were very prompt both ways, parking easy & great to keep hold of your keys for a quick getaway on return too. Would definitely use again.

The number plate recognition didn't work when I entered the car park so it was a bit difficult finding someone to help when I left!

You can walk from the Long Stay car park, but from Shuttle Plus it is a good 5 minute bus ride. Waited just over 10 minutes for the bus in both directions. Apart from that its a car park! You can park your car and it is reasonably priced.

Pick up from daylight parking on departure faultless. However, on return, in dark, driver expects passengers to be as familiar as they are with surroundings and positively inpolite when help requested.

The car park is further away from the terminal than expected but easy enough to find. Plenty of spaces to park. Transfers were quick and buses were clean. The only small gripe was the 15 minute wait for the return shuttle bus transfer at the end of the holiday back to the car park. Overall, good price and good parking!

Easy to find and easy to negotiate a good start and end to our holiday

I recently used this service and found it to be very straight forward and pleasant. Initially my car registration was not recognised so I called for assistance and my booking was promptly found by a very helpful and friendly member of staff. On our outbound journey we had to wait just 2 mins for a bus and on our way home just 5. Would definitely use this service again if I fly from East Midlands Airport.

Booked, the night before flight. Booking confirmation included (easy to follow) instructions for finding the car park (it's at the opposite end of the site from the airport) No problem with number plate recognition barriers, the bus was waiting for me and the transfer was really quick. Coming back I waited 5 minutes for the bus and was back at my car within 10 minutes. Good value for 3 nights parking.

As above have used this service many times and have never been disappointed
