I cannot fault the service from Prestige parking. It met our needs for a short stay in France during a busy summer period. I shall certainly use Prestige parking again.

The car park is located in a very convenient postion for departure. The system of car drop off and collection was smooth and straight forward.

Friendly helpful staff, no waiting around, tooks keys from me immediately and car was ready and waiting when we got back. A short walk from the terminal building. Would definately use again. Reasonable price too!

This was the first time we have used prestige parking. It was easy to find we were booked in very quickly the staff were very friendly. It is only a few minutes walk to the departures entrance. On our return everything was ready for us and we were able to drive straight home.

The parking is very convenient for the airport. Checking-in and checking-out was smooth and efficient. It may not be the cheapest but it is ideal for early and late departures and arrivals when time is important. Within walking distance of the departures hall but the return walk from arrivals could be a bit miserable in bad weather.

Have used this park before, we find it easier to navigate the long walk with 2 kids and siutcases than get on and off transfer buses. Not ideal, but the best we've found on offer at EMA. It would be nice if, as 'Prestige Parking' they dropped you in your car at departures.

Good service on the whole but if I was to find fault it would be with directions, it is a little confusing with all the other car parks.

Had the car cleaned this time for an extra £10 - cleanish but not great and no vacuuming (didn't say they would vacuum I admit but you do expect it when they call it a valet as opposed to a wash.

The walk to/from the terminal at night is a bit dark (that's not really your fault but a general comment about the airport's grounds). The signage to Prestige Parking isn't so good - you could do with being clearer about where to report to (your Reception location) in both the airport grounds and on your website/booking confirmation. It's a bit confusing which is stressful when you're already pushed for time. The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful and the car was immediately ready to pick-up when I returned which was fab!

The walk from the car park to the terminal is long, particularly the return journey from arrivals. It would be a nightmare in bad weather. On arriving at the office on return I had to wait for 10 mins in a que and then a further 15 minutes whilst other cars were moved to allow me to leave. Not impressed.

Short walk to the departure area meant no waiting for coach transfer. Staff were very professional and curteous. I took advantage of the car wash service for my return and the car was parked by staff on arrival and returned near to their office for my exit.

This is a brilliant car park, right on site at east midlands airport and a quick 3 minute walk into the terminal. Very friendly, efficient staff too. Quite expensive but you are a captive market aren't you when you're looking for airport parking. Excellent overall and not much more expensive than the offsite bus you in jobs !

Booked Prestige parking on the internet, day before we travelled.Got my booking ok and printed 2 copies.Prestige parking was the most expensive of the 3 options offered at East Midlands Airport,but booked this because it stated you only cross the road to the Airport Terminal.When we arrived at 4 am the reception had no details of my booking,after waiting approx 25 mins it was agreed they would take my car as I had my reservation booking confermation off the internet.Also the Terminal is quite a walk from Prestige carpark. Very Disappointing.

We arrived on time were dealt with efficiently and our car was there on our return in good condition

All the staff know what they are doing and they carry out their jobs very efficiently. There are no hiccups it just runs like clockwork.

Check in was easy and my car was waiting on return. The staff were friendly so all in all a decent service, the basic service was good. I had decided to pay for a car wash, and leather seat feed while I was away so the car would be fresh on our return. They missed off the leather seat feed, and as yet have not followed up on my complaint. The on-site staff were apologetic, but not empowered to provide refunds or do other than take the complaint details. This is not acceptable.

Long stay car parks are cheaper and have transport to and from.long walk with baggage trolley over poor paths and no cover from inclement weather.Car was parked away from the office again at the mercy of the weather.
