No attendant present when we arrived back at parking; he had lost someone's keys and eventually went for help. then we were asked to wait 10 more minutes while he drove our car round - this was at 11.45pm with 2 exhausted kids in tow. not good enough.

Found the car park area easily enough from the directions, but it was not that clear where to leave the car or where the reception desk was. Once I found the reception area inside a small hangar it was easy enough to check the car in. On my way back to the car after the return trip I was asked for ID, something that nobody had forewarned me about either at the booking stage or when I checked the car in - luckily I had ID easily available, and again the return of my car was quick and painless

The location is great, but the service on arrival was appaling. I had to wait 10 minutes along with a growing number of others whilst we saw 4 members of staff go behind the desk behind a screen to do stuff with absolutely no aknowledgment of the now large queue of people waiting to drop off their cars. When i did ask one of them if they would help us I merely got a muffled inaudible response and he walked off again! The service on return was far better but there were very few cars left by this time.

if you want your car raced used in while you are away and covered in dirt and scratches when you return then use this car park other than that steer way cleer. cars are not parked under cover as specified. on my return my car had A quater tank of diseal missing the seat was as far back as it could have been and looked like someone had slept in it my car was filthy and had been scratched all over and mine was not the only one. a few of us are claiming for resprays as a result of parking here. ruiened my holiday and my £30k car is ruined also. AVOID THIS CAR PARK AT ALL COSTS.

arrived fri afternoon to find car park absolutly jam packed people struggling to get thier own cars out easy walk to the terminal 3 mins arrived back sunday to an almost empty car park car ready to be picked up straight away i would use this car park again unless i was arriving back weekend afternoons

I paid extra to have indoor parking but car was filthy and obviously been outside which i could of got £20 cheaper, wing mirror was damaged, saw cars been raced by staff to other sections of car park. Will never use again and will never recomend.This review should be shown

The check-in and check-out for the car parking worked fine, and the stafff were pleasant enough. The adavntage of the service seemed to be that it was close to the terminal, and thus less walking, though this can be negated if there was a queue to check the car in or out. The tariff I paid was the same as that of the medium car park, so it was a slightly better option. But I don't think I would use it if there was a price premium.

Parked my car, took in the key and the rest was all done for me. At East Midlands the car park is literally two minutes walk from the terminal building. Upon arriving back at the airport, found my car parked up and in a position to leave immediately. Went to reception, staff take ID from your passport, got given the keys and off home I went. Very quick and efficient after a long days travelling

The car park is close to the departure terminal but is no cheaper or any more secure than the short stay car park next to it (which is slightly closer to the terminal!). We thought the advert was misleading as there were very few spaces inside and our car had been parked outside where there are no security barriers at all! We had also clocked up an extra 4 miles not sure how!! If I ever travelled from EMA again I would park in the short stay car park provided by the airport! This would cut out all the silly paper work for getting in and out! They had also not got any confirmation of our booking which added an extra 5 mins to our wait outside at 5.30 am with a 17 month old baby! All in all it appears to have been a waste of money.

After speaking with the car park Manager I was told that he would ask his staff members to see if anyone had caused the damage but that other members of the public used the car park so he wasn't liable. I had assumed that although other people checkd their cars into the carpark that the car park would still be secure as promised on application. I have sinced assumed that no one has admitted to damaging the door a highly unlikely fact if no-one else was a witness to this damage. I will never use a service where my vehicle is driven by people with very little regard to my property and will in future always park my own vehicle. As you can see my experience was far from pleasant with no-one admitting liability to the damage leaving me to pick up the tab and the consequence will be that I will persuade my friends and family not to use your car parking services as they will also put their prized vehicles at risk.

I don't see the point of prestige parking. I thought we were going to be picked up in our car from arrivals which would have been a huge help with three young children and piles of luggage. But this service was apparently discontinued some time back so we had to walk further than medium term carpark to get or car back and paid more for the privilige!

We returned from holiday to find a flat battery, our trip-meter had been put to zero, the sun roof visor had been closed and the internal lights had been played with. We certainly will NOT be using Prestige Parking again.

I would certainly recomend this service to others .It was worth the litle extra for the good and friendly service given to customers. I used this service at East Midlands airport and would have no hesitation in using it on my next trip.The staff instill confidence in fact next time I shall be having a valet on my car whilst I am away.WATCH THIS SPACE FOR A REVIEW ON VALETING!!!

Fine on the checking in, and collection service, very swift and efficient. Big problem was that on my return, the front wheels of the car were on the pavement. When I carefully and slowly reversed them off, the front end of the car scraped quite hard on the kerb, leaving a mark. I do not know how much it scraped when the staff put the front wheels onto the kerb in the first place.

The site is only a 5 minute walk from the deaprture terminal. No transfer transport is offered whcih might only be a problem in bad weather. For a short part of the walk there is no footpath. Staff were helpful and the car was ready on my return. For me the extra paid for the full valet was good value. Would definitely use again

We perhaps should have unloaded passengers and baggage at the terminal and then parked the car but didn't although we did better when picking up the car.Perhaps this could have been included in advice for although the carpark was near it was still a five minute walk with luggage. Staff were very helpful and I have no complaints - a good service!

Arriving with only minutes to spare due to horrendous M1 problems, the staff responded quickly to book us in. Unfortunately the form was not ready, but the guy on the desk fixed it very rapidly. Car ready and waiting on return.

It wasn't as easy to find as we thought -we ended up going onto a short stay car park and back off to get onto the right road. Now we know how to find it it will be much easier in the future. Its great to be so close to the departure and arrivals terminals.

Arrived back 3 hours earlier than I had informed Prestige and car was not on site,my fault.Driver despatched immediatly and back within ten minutes .Get your return time correct or you have to wait.Cars are not parked where you leave them but are valet parked.

The site is on the airport site and offers secure parking at very reasonable cost. If I rate it too highly, it might be fully booked next time I wish to use the service!!! I would use the car park again provided that the price remains so competitive.
