I would definately use them again as it was so easy and good value for money. Quite a walk to the terminal building with your luggage. If you are travelling with your family it would be better to drop them off with the luggage and then drive round to park your car. Simple walk without heavy cases.

You are paying for the privilege of parking your car in walking distance of the terminal.

We have used Prestige parking before, and were very disappointed to discover they no longer drove you around to the airport and picked you up on your return, although this is not a long walk it would not be much fun in the rain. I was also under the impression that Prestige was secure undercover parking. On our return from our trip we found our car still in the position we had left it, in the non secure parking area outside the Prestige building. I will not be using Prestige parking again.

Handover of car prior to holiday was quick and easy. On return car was ready and waiting and Prestige staff brought car keys out to us so no delays whatsoever. Will definitely use them again.

Very pleased with the service. Once at the airport i could see where i wanted to be but the entrance was crowded so i couldn't find where the reception door is. Perhaps a larger reception sign with an arrow would help as it cannot be seen from the road. Airport security finally showed me where to go and the security lady said she had shown 4 people the previous week. Now i know where you are i would use you again!

It cost about £12 more to prebook this parking rather than just turning up and parking. I find this amount to be excessive when spaces are always guaranteed on the car park. Despite following the instuctions given to us when we prebooked, we were unable to exit the car park. We had to seek the help of a car park attendant, which meant a delay to us of approximately 30 mins. I would not recommend any person to use this service.

Overall brilliant value for money but take my tip and drop off and collect baggage at terminal rather than take it from car park. Although only 5 minutes still not that straight forward.

I arrived at the airport dropped my car outside the reception, was in and out in 2 minutes, very easy and stress free! On return I arrived at the reception (2 minute walk from arrivals) my car was sat waiting for me outside the reception and again the reception was very helpful and quick. Prestige parking offers a valet service and is a great perk at a very reasonable price.

As this was the first occasion that I used East Midlands Prestige Parking I was very satisfied with the product they offer. I will use again. Many thanks.

Would use again for short stays perhaps a way of getting to the terminal without getting too wet when raining!
