The on-line booking was easy to register and acknowledged by return. Directions were fine and there was no queue or hassle at any time. My car was waiting for me in a prominent position and easily accessible on my return.

Excellent service right next to the departure lounge, no bus ride needed - would use again.

On arrival, no advice given on where to park car. No formal paperwork to confirm receipt of car or mileage record (on return, another customer was filling out a complaint form to say his car had been used in his absence). No staff check or handover of vehicle when collecting ("here's your keys"). On return, found air con turned up full, radio tuned to another channel, passenger seat moved and adjusted. All for parking your car about 20m from where you left it! Probably wouldn't use again.

Our car was not available for 45 minutes after we landed, and it had not been valeted.

Follow the directions to the site precisely otherwise you could end driving around when you least want to! Short walk to the terminal but ask the person you check you car in with the way to go (it's easy but equally easy to get wrong).

I live closer to Stansted, but I now fly from East Midlands if I can as the parking is SO close, SO reasonably priced, and SO well-run at Prestige that it makes the longer journey worthwhile.

The process of parking and leaving my car was very simple and the staff were very helpful, including bringing my sunglasses from my car when i realised during check-in i had forgotten them.

No problems finding it. Excellent service with no problems.

Easy to go wrong when it is your first visit as I could not find any signs to follow. Parking is close to the terminal and at a competative price.

Convenient on-site parking. Would have been easier if there had been a path straight through to terminal rather than having to walk around a couple of buildings. Not far though.

Prestige parking is within easy walking distance to airport terminal. There is no footpath for a short part of the way so you have to walk on road with cases kids etc. Valeting was economically priced and they did a really thorough job.

As car was parked outside could not see any great advantage over other cheaper pre-booked parking equally near terminal building.

Expensive but worth it for peace of mind. Great staff too - really friendly and helfpul!

Prestige was easy to find and well located behind departure building. Only 10min walk to check-in (with toddler in tow). Busy forecourt meant problems finding parking space to drop off car and signage to reception could be clearer. Overall value for money and secure.

Second time in using, good location, easy to use and with additional valet services. I`ll use this place everytime i go away...if only to come back to a clean car!

Have 14 week old baby and chose Prestige as stated directly opposite departure lounge. Had to get car and drive to arrivals as weather too bad for short walk.

Essentily a good idea but fell down in a few areas. Long walk from car to terminal; no courtesy bus. Was my car ever parked inside as it was iced over on my return? Attendent didn't know exactly were my car was. Cheaper long term parking would have begin just as good.

So much quicker and hassle free compared to hanging around in a queue for airport shuttle bus which can drop you quite a long walk from the departure point.
