I returned from Ireland in the early afternoon on Friday to find my car and the adjacent cars neatly parked within the white lines. Unfortunately, whoever marked the car park out allowed an absolute minimum space for cars. My suit got grubby from the next car as I had to climb into the front seat via the back door - the door mirrors prevented entering through the driver's door.

Quick and easy to book, with a slick exit procedure, if you remember your booking reference. Will use again.

Overall, the parking was convenient, well-located and easy to use. The best thing was not having to wait around for the airport transfer bus as you could walk to and from the terminals, or having to check your car in and out. I will definitely use it again if I fly from NEMA.

We were advised by a bus driver it's not worthwile waiting for the bus to take you back to carpark if you're coming from a big flight, you are better off walking back. Thankfully we only flew to Dublin.

We found the parking area very good; we would use it again. Our only complaint is we were unsure about getting off the car park. We worked it out, but it would have been helpful if there had been an attendant to ask.

Despite arriving back in the early hours of the morning (flight was delayed by 1.5 hours), there was no trouble in getting the car out. Within 20 mins of landing I was on the road.

About as convenient as you can get at East Midlands Airport. Close, quick, worth the extra compared to off site parking.

Didn't really have a need to use the customer service staff as the system was very efficient. I would definitely use again if the price was right!

I'm glad that we booked the parking before we arrived at the airport as it certainly gives you piece of mind. Everything went very smoothly. The car park is well lit and the transfer bus is useful. You can also walk to the terminal which is good if you miss the bus and don't want to wait for the next one!

Highly recommend Medium stay parking. Safe well lit parking within easy walking distance of terminal. All in all a very good facility. Thanks.

The car park was easy to find and vehicle deposited with ease. Terminal was in easy walking distance and again easy to find. On leaving the barrier was lifted quickly by the car park staff via the intercom. A fast, efficient I would use again and recommend to anyone. Thanks

The car park staff were very friendly and despite returning to the airport without a car park ticket (which had been in a wallet stolen while on holiday) they quickly processed us through and we were able to get on our way without delay.

Good service, quick and easy for us, didn't see any staff but didn't need to. Fairly reasonable in price, have used before and would use service again.

Medium 1 car park is very close to the terminal and easy to get to by car. There was no need for a bus transfer even with heavy luggage.

It was simple to book, easy to find a space, close to terminal and quick and easy to drive away - no waiting for the operator to answer the button call. I would so use this again!

Bus shelters give no cover in heavy driving rain. Bus drop off point on wrong side of road which again in heavy rain is unpleasant. Change of validation of ticket on return not well publicised but in the event easier. I am perhaps being hypercritical because we hit it on a torrentially wet day.

It was easy to book, saving time and worry on arrival at airport. Quick exit upon return.

Everything was OK. The price was £1 cheaper than parking off-site. There was simply a 2 to 3 mins walk to get into the terminal building.

GOOD: easy to follow instructions, close to terminal, BAD: didn't see any car park staff either on departure or arrival, easy access to car park for any would-be-thief passing, expensive, but all airport parking is.
