Short walking distance to the terminal , easy to find , but have your booking reference to hand if you need to chat via intercom

The car park was nice and close to the terminal. However, my booked car park was full, which meant I had to park in a different car park. That meant, of course, that there was no record of my car registration, so the automated entry didn't work, and I had to use the 'call' button to be let in. Despite being told the ticket that was issued from the machine at that point would let me out of the car park, it didn't, meaning I had to use the 'call' facility again. These things only added a couple of minutes to the overall time to park, but it was disappointing that it wasn't the hassle-free experience that was promised and that I was, in part, paying for.

Booked on the day of parking. The NCP site does not allow this but other sites allow it. When I reached the car park, the car park 2 was full and we were directed to car park 3 (just opposite). However, the automated system would not recognise (due to late booking) but the staff advised me accordingly and it was not a problem. Fairly straightforward.

On arrival the auto number plate did not read but it was easy to sort out at the parking office but I advise to take a printed copy of the email confirmation to avoid any confusion.

Gate opened at the sight of my car reg, didn't need to contact staff. I was worried about not finding a parking place, it seemed very full, and was lucky to find one quickly because somebody just left. However, many cars were not on designated parking places so other people must have had that problem and not find anything. Everything went well on exit, gate opened without problem.

Car park 2 was closed when we arrived and we were instructed to go to car park 3. Our car registration was not recognised so we had to ask for help. Help was given quickly and we had no problems.

It was the first time I had parked at an airport before travelling abroad,with the cost of taxi's (our usual thing to do) becoming too expensive. I read some reviews and wasn't sure but decided the cost was worth it £69.99. Long Term Car Park 2 is no more than 3 minute walk to the check in lounge the booking was simple and customer friendly would recommend to anyone. Mr David(Huddersfield)

I was really pleased with the whole experience. Easy to book and reminder text useful. Great care for disabilities. Staff at airport very helpful.

Easy walking distance to departures.Easily found a space & trolley for luggage.Seemed secure enough with lots of lighting.Never had to deal with any staff,as system worked just as predicted.Would definitely use again.

Very poor value considering it is so far to walk to the terminal (about 15 minutes dragging cases). Had it been raining either going or coming back we would have been soaked. The off-site car parks with shuttle links are cheaper and in my view much more convenient and every bit as quick. I certainly would not use the Long Term Car Park again.

The car Park was well signposted and there were plent of spaces to Choose from. Less than a five minute walk to the terminal and your set. On returning the only hiccup was that the barrier wouldnt raise when I put the ticket in, but after pressing the assistance button, help was relatively prompt (considering it was nearly 2 o'clock in the morning). I would definitely use this service again.

Had to reverse out of no.2 entrance & go to no.3 where the vehicle recognition worked very quickly. Good job there was no one behind me!

I always use this car park as it is easy to walk to the departures lounge.

For me the extra cost is well worth the convenience of getting out of your car, a short walk to departures - better still no hanging around for transfers when you land late at night - no cramming onto a bus and struggling to get your cases on and off - we have used car parks 2 and 3 before and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work!

The Car Park was within 3/5 mins walking distance of the Terminals and parking was easy, very well lit and although the barrier would not raise on our return the assistance we received was immediate and friendly. Would certainly use this park again.

I always use this service. Car park is handy and the staff are helpful, when the machine doesn't work! A nice member of staff helped me when I was stuck at the gate.

The pavement between the carpark and terminal was quite bad and made the trolleys unstable. That was the only complaint.
