Although we parked in the wrong place in error following disabled signs the staff were very sympathetic and helpful. The airport is under alterations and we followed the wrong sign as it is not too clearly marked.

My booking reference said that there is "high perimeter fencing" but there is no fence at all between the car park and the road,such that anybody can walk in. I couldn't get out of the carpark with my ticket because I forgot that it had to be validated by the man in the booth. He told me that I should not have taken a ticket on entry but should have inserted my credit card and would not believe me when I told him that the booking refernce said to take a ticket.I got out in the end.

Only 5 minute walk from where we parkewd our car to the terminal. I needed some help with my ticket on exiting the car park and the parking staff were very friendly and extremely efficient. I would definitely use this service again and think it is worth paying a little extra to use the long stay car park as opposed to the silver parking zone as you are closer to the terminal and can walk there rather than having to wait for a shuttle.

On arrival the entry machine did not recognise my credit card. On return, at about 11pm, had trouble finding someone to help as nobody in the airport had any idea who I should speak to. Finally found man in booth to transfer the arrival ticket to a departure one. Just as well I remembered to take paperwork with me. Now I know the procedure would use again.

All was well. Only thing had to go to there office by exit to confirm that I had pre paid instead of putting in card and leaving.

I booked the parking last minute,and found the whole process easy from booking to parking. It was really convenient to park and get to the terminal and for a couple of pound more i thought it was well worth it. I would definately use this car park again.

Information received on parking and leavinf facilities was excellent. Very quick and efficient service. Good value for money.

Staff are very helpful and cheerful at all hours. This was ideally the closest carpark for disabled access to terminal although if you chose to take the transfer bus it was more hassel than walking/wheeling directly. However footpath surfaces and/or walking/wheeling lanes from disabled spaces to terminal could be provided/improved please. There were also a surplus of unused disabled spaces much closer to terminal and access was cordoned off for no apparent reason. £53 for a week is a lot of money to pay for disabled parking that is normally free in UK with your blue badge!!

We have given marks of 4 for staff and 5 for transfers but note that everything was automatic so we didn't meet any staff, and we didn't need transfers as we were walkable from the terminal. It was very quick and convenient.

Booking online and getting into the car park was very straightforward. Getting out of the car park on our return was slightly harder due to a computer error which meant the exit barrier didn't accept our card, but a helpful nearby member of staff sorted out the problem quickly.

Excellent parking - walkable to the terminal so no need to wait for transfers. And all automated - so no need to queue to drop off and pick up keys.

Smooth on-line booking , and on arrival at the car park entrance gate..just slip my payment card into the machine,out pops my payment card..up goes the entrance bar...and just drive around to a vacant space and ppark my car. Then a short walk to the Bus Stop..where a bus was coming, then a short drive around to the ternminal. On return, a Bus was waiting outside the terminal, a short drive around to the car parking parking block where my car was parked,, and just drive around to the exit gate..pop my payment card into the machine...up goes the exit bar...and im away to home. The online booking and payment processes were easy and straightforward, though more expensive that I had been led to believe by the online advertisements! The car park was well sign-posted at the airport and easy to find. However, on arrival, it was very full and many cars were badly parked, so finding a space took me almost twenty minutes! The car park surface is very rough and badly in need of resurfacing. Pulling a heavy case and carrying hand luggage was difficult. On my return, the exit procedures were easy and straightforward. However, at night I found the car park very dark. I would suggest many more lights. Nevertheless, all in all, it was a satisfactory experience. It is good to be able to park close to an airport and I will be using this car park again.

Very close to terminal building, no need for transfers if you can manage cases a short distance - but coaches available if required. Well-lit at night, safe for lone travellers. Booking was simple and effective.

I managed to park virtually opposite the departure lounge (it was 4 am) and it only took a few minutes to walk up the ramp and across the road. Very pleased with parking and minimal extra cost .

I ahve used Bristol long term parking several times and each time I always come away thinking "that was just so hassle free" I would ecommend it to everyone

A bit more expensive than the other parking, but worth it to be able to walk from our car to the terminal, and not have to wait for courtesy buses, or queue for keys.

Easy to access and exit the car park and it is within easy walking distance of the airport terminal,so no waiting for transfers.Only let down by its'parking surface which is made up of fairly course,loose aggregate.

A convenient car park for Bristol Airport which provided us with easy efficient access to the terminal building and being manned 24 hours a day provided peace of mind and a point of contact if any problem presents itself.

The parking was fine. Well located, little point in using the transfer bus. The car park surface was rough and we were unfortunate enought to have parked in the furthest point from the airport through a lack of available spaces, but our flight was a mid afternoon one. Not quite sure about the departure instructions at the time of leaving the car park but the exit signs on the car park surface were followed and all was well.
