Very busy car park. Difficult to find a space - very confusing when it comes to finding diasbled parking - when you find them they are not close enough to the airport. As always, seems expensive when you are only going for a few days. Longer stays seem better value.

Good service but still expensive for long term parking.

Booking was simple on the internet and payment by credit card on leaving was also easy, no queing to pay. Car park was well lit and marked to find car on return, also with good walkways to airport.

I have no problems about the airport or the parking, however I think that the road signing to Bristol Airport could be improved along with the roads. As Bristol Airport is becoming more advanced, I think that the Highways Agency should improve the road network, and also put up signs indicating the speed restrictions especially as there are speed cameras on the road.

I thought the service was excellent. The booking was easy on-line and very smooth to obtain entrance with the booking card. Parking was a bit expensive but overall a very good experience.

Overall, would be acceptable, but the price seems similar to the car park on site (which can be walked to). Should be discounted more.

Good service. The only negative comment is the distance of the airport from the M5, but you can't do much about that!

Great location but at £45 for the week, way to expensive. Plenty of cheaper alternatives near by which I will use in the future.

Great in and out using the credit card we booked with.

Upon arrival we checked in with our credit card - very fast - and went straight to a parking slot, then we walked from the car to the terminal - very convenient - on our return we reversed the process and had left the airport in the time it would have taken us to catch a transfer shuttle at other airports!

I misread the information on arrival procedure and collected a ticket instead of inserting my credit card (it may be worth highlighting this bit more on your instructions in future). But I just drove round to the exit and the bloke was very friendly and gave me a pass to go out and come back in again. I thought the wait between coaches was long and I would have been prepared to walk had there been clearly signed and tarmacked paths which wouldn't ruin my luggage.

Parking was provided right outside the terminal with less than a minute's walk from the check-in desk. Long ramps were useful when wheeling a trolley. Price was not too bad for three days but I wouldn't pay the weekly rate as it would be more expensive than paying for taxis and leaving my car in a warm garage.

Could not get credit card system and booking reference to work. Had to have card extracted from machine and on exit had to go to exit cabin to get let out. Need to be able to use credit card as entry and have a reader that works no matter which way the card is inserted.

I would use car park again.

Booked on line no problem. Booked in using credit card no problem. Bus arrived within two minutes. On landing the bus picked up within five minutes, Booked out no problem.

Convenient but not cheap. Unable to comment on lighting (day flights). Internet directions not clear when close to car park. No signed place to get the coach back to the car park.

Car park buses seem infrequent - so you walk! Not good if you have heavy cases. A lot of rough gravel.
