Great service quick to use, In and out of the car park very fast, and also saved pounds :-)

All went like clockwork although we didn't see a shuttle bus on arrival but it was too cold to wait so we walked instead. Caught one on return without delay.

Bristol is not cheap compared to Birmingham and other long stay car parks...

wasn't fantastically signposted on the way out but quick and efficient when we found them. very good overall, thanks

when we arrived we couldnt find any signs for purple parking only long stay so parked there an used the fone to ring for assistance they said couldnt help and putthe fone down, so we went into the airport and asked ourselves. lost time trying to find the right carpark

The only comment that I would have is that I would have preferred to be able to exit the car park without having had to exchange my ticket with the car parking staff.

The parking was on site at the airport long stay car park. We could walk to the terminal easily, although a bus was available if we had needed it. We simply handed in the booking confirmation at the car park exit when we left. For the duration of the stay, this was the best value of all the close car parks.

I was quite disappointed with the service as the signs to the exit were confusing and then when I got there, I drove right past the booth where my ticket was to be validated for exit. The man didn't seem to care that there were no visible signs. I therefore caused a queue because had to stop at the barrier to walk back to the booth. This also seemed to be not a problem for him and he just brushed my comments aside when I pointed out the problem.

Didn't use the bus, in fact didn't see one! However, close to the terminal. Would have helped to have signs to terminal in the car park. The bays are well numbered although not marked out so some of the parking was appalling and reduced the number of available spaces.

Everything went well until the exit machine at Bristol long stay car park would not accept the card we'd used to make the internet payment. If this happens hit the reject card/ticket button to get your ticket back and contact the carpark staff by pressing the button with a phone on it. They will use your confirmation code to find your booking and then lift the barrier for you.

Very convenient but were very confused leaving on return. did not know where to get ticket but gentleman on gate was very helpful as we had all our paperwork

All good, exchanged entry ticket for exit ticket in the office near the exit, no problem.

Parking on arrival clearly signposted. Was quite full but found a space. Bus came immediately and dropped us outside terminal. On return we waited a while for the bus but it didn't come for about ten minutes so we walked back to the car... only a problem because of the torrential rain!

the ordering was simple . the parking was easy and close. getting out of the car park was easy. definately use this again . great

There were no signs or indications within Bristol Airport directing pre-paid long term parking customers to the validating desk. This used to be within the terminal building. When finally locating this at the car park exit, there is no dedicated parking to enter the validating building, and the entrance to this building is inaccessable from the car park exit,and you have to go back round the corner on yourself. Very unsatisfactory and badly laid out.

Very convenient for Airport access, there is a regular bus, with plenty of bus stops. Great value for money, even more so the earlier you book.

Bristol Airport long stay was quite full and a space was a littl ehard to find. However, the locaton of the parking was good and the internet rate represented a substantial saving against the on the day price. I would use this service again.

the parking is straight across from the terminal & all areas well signed, so it's easy to find your car. we were in the car & away just minutes after leaving the terminal

room for improvement,to surface and more clearer signage,bus driver excellent,though walked on return.

I liked the fact it was secure on site parking close to the terminal and you don't hand over your car keys to strangers.
