Paid a little more but no worries about the car as there was security. Easy walking distance to the airport. Software recognised the car on arrival and said prepaid on the ticket, just had to put ticket in machine when leaving.

At first I was a little apprensive about using what could be clessed as an opeb carpark, however when I arrived it was clear that it was much better than my initial fears and the experience was a very satisfactory one. Well worth the stay, and security was obviously very good even though it was overtly evident.

Car Park position is good within easy walking distance of terminal but NPR misread one of the letters in my plate which meant I had to spend 10 minutes at exit gate getting it sorted out.

It is near the terminal, but the carpark is little more than a gravel pit with typical airport parking prices. £30 for 48 hours in a carpark with one of the more confusing traffic layouts I have seen. The thing is, the only other option within walking distance is the Premier carpark, which is £100 for 48 hours. So they could sprinkle the carpark with glass and it would still be the best option.

Easy to book. Straight forward directions. Unless you park in the terminal you cannot get any closer!

All my fears about finding the Car Park, understanding the system, reliability of the shuttle etc were completely unfounded. A completely painless experience.

Difficult to reverse out of parking space due to long vehicle parked opposite ...

We mislaid the parking ticket and I contacted the booking firm. I received a swift reply, and our car park exit was smooth and very efficient! Many thanks.

Prepaying on line worked a treat and we were able to park close enough to the terminal to avoid having to use the coach service.

On my return I arrived at nearly midnight. The Long stay coach driver dropped me off right by my car. As I am disabled this was both kind & help full.

Work to "improve" this very basic car park seemed to be underway, but finding the way out at midnight was a nightmare.

I had no dificulty entering or exiting the car park although I had to park a good walk away from the terminal and due to the early hour 6am, there were no shuttle buses available. However this was no great problem as I only had a small carry-on bag.

Parking was very simple, just follow the signs to Bristol Airport and then head straight into the long stay car park. Wait a few minutes for the free transfer bus or walk to the terminal building which can easily be seen from the car park. Very pleasant experience and you get to keep your keys with you (I don't like to hand my keys in to car park attendants).

The long stay car park was very convenient. We did not use the transfer bus as the car park was very close to the airport.

After dropping elderly Mother off at Terminal,I was back with her within 10 minutes. Easy access to Terminal, I will use same facilicities again.

The booking arrangments were smooth and efficient. Access and egress from the car park went as per directions given by gosimply. I am very satisfied with the service

Being able to park and walk to the terminal is so stress free. Will be doing the same next time we fly.

The car park surface is uneven (so not easy to wheel the case) but the terminal is close or there seem to be plenty of bus stops. It only took a couple of minutes on exit to get the booking confirmed and so there was no hold-up. All in all a good efficient service.

the information on the print out is incorrect and confusing. It states that you need to exchange your printout with the ticket to exit. This made me think that I had forgotten to pick up a ticket!! It needs to state that you can exit using the same payment card as when entering.
