Need better access roads and its too expensive for short trips. Otherwise its all good.

Not absolutely the cheapest but very covenient and quick.

I have used Bristol Long-Term Parking on three occasions and have found that the service has improved over time. My last experience (April'05) was the quickest and simplest yet. No delays or hanging around. Just park your car, hand over the keys and a courtesy bus whisks you off to Departures, and vice versa upon return.

Drivers of buses helpful - don't see the other staff - generally as a woman alone at night feel a bit vulnerable.

It was well worth the money, easy to find which helped as we travelled, from south wales. And had never used your car park before but we would definitely use it again. Thank you. It is nice to know that you care about your customers!

I would not hesitate to travel from Bristol Airport again everything was easy and simple.

Very poor parking surfaces, waited a long time for coach transfer, not very well organised and have to just drive around looking for vacant parking areas.

I would like to commend the help given to us when we left the parking. My credit card had been stolen abroad and the attendant on duty made checking out very easy.

Parking at Bristol Airport is the most hassle-free experience you could hope for when you are setting off on holiday; you know that it will take you only a few minutes to park and only a few minutes more to get to the terminal. There are transfer buses but most of the time, it is easier and quicker to walk the short distance up to the terminal. And when you come home, no waiting around, just walk straight to your car. Suitcases with wheels are a must!

After a difficult flight it was great to be served by the girl behind the desk who dealt with any difficulty with efficiency and a smile.

Easy to find, no trouble parking. Walked to and from terminal, didn't use transfer buses but appeared to be reasonably frequent. Very helpful staff when leaving car park.

Easy to use with no hassle. Very close to terminal building, transfer coaches not really necessary. Quite expensive though.

No problems - didn't see any staff but didn't need to. Drive through to Zone F to be closest to terminal then you can easily walk if you can cope with your luggage.

Excellent parking site. Easy to use, recognised my credit card no problems at all. Staff available if required.

A good service let down a little the parking layout and of course could be a bit cheeper.

On return to Bristol there had been heavy snow. The courtesy bus driver was excellent in helping everyone locate their cars. He drove down each row rather than dumping everyone at a bus stop. Very impressive.
