Nice to be close to the airport and we were able to walk to the terminal without needing to use the transfer.

The cost of £31 for 5 days was cheaper than a taxi and we were in terminal 2 10 minutes after parking our car. Coming back, on a cold winter's evening it was the same, no more than 10 minutes. most importantly there was no long hold up waiting to get out at the barrier, we pressed the button, gave our reference number and off we went. Excellent service & value for money.

Looked into several options to arrive at airport and parking in Car park 1 was by far the cheapest method.

When exiting the car park at the end of our stay there seemed to be a bit of confusion as to what code I should have to put in machine but this was sorted out quickly and we continued our journey home.

The car park was easy to find, we were lucky in that we were able to park close by a bus stop. On our return we did not have to wait more than five mins for the coach.

This was our first visit to Birmigham airport. Everything went smoothly - checked in, parked up, cases out and off to the airport and holiday! Same on the way home. The last thing you want after your flight back, knowing you have to drive home is any difficulties or hold ups, so I'm very pleased with the car parking. It was all very efficient and we would certainly use this service again.

The parking is in a big open area with no indication of where you might find a space, and the areas nearest the entrance were all full up. Although the utilisation overall was probably something like 95%, it is a big site over many acres, so you need to leave a quarter of an hour or so just to cruise around to find where the spaces are. But once we found a space, the transfers were efficient and the drivers were helpful. I would use again, but would leave plenty of time to hunt down a space.

Took nearly 20 mins to find a parking space , would have been better managed i.e zones blocked off Then spent another 20 mins waiting for shuttle service

Parking was at the Long Term Car Park along side the airport buildings. The biggest problem was know where to park. Other airports I have been to ie Gatwick direct you to the area where there are likely to be available spaces, not at Birmingham. Cars were aimlessly driving up and down lane after lane looking for spaces. Eventually I found an area almost empty and parked there. Bus transfer was fine both to and from terminal. Building work at airport did not help but sign posts for where to go to check in was easily the worst I have ever experienced! All in all parking was ok- very little interaction with anyone on exit but the system worked!

..................very good car park easy to find, generous parking spaces. The bus transfer was quick and takes you to the departure entrance. The service coming back was just as good.

The car park surface was uneven and potholed. The lighting could be improved and the sinage for the exit is confusing. However I parked my car and it was where I left it when I returned, and was not covered in dirt, which I get from other airport car parks from time to time.

The car park is easy to find, very close to the terminal and the buses frequent. Booking and paying in advance saved us a quite a lot of money.

arrived to park in the dark it was difficult to find way from car to bus stops while dragging heavy luggage. bus transfers were quick though and had no problems on return to car

if it was a few quid cheaper it would be a bonus, but all in all i guess its pretty good value for money....just remember where you parked !!!!!

This is a very good sevice, and it is very easy to book a space on line as I have done many times. We found a space near a bus stop, a bus arrived within minutes and we were at the terminal in plenty time for our flight. The same goes for our return to the car park, it all went very smoothly. Very useful parking site, within walking distance with cases to the airport if you wanted to? we had a split trip and had no problems with accessing our car to change cases !

This was the first time i had used long stay and i would definately use it again.The staff was very helpfull i had a bad back and the driver helped me with my suitcase and my daughter's very polite and plesant. You did'nt have to wait to long for the bus,there was plenty of bus stops. The only thing i would comment on was the deep gravel when you parked your car,very hard to pull your suitcase otherwise excellent.

Everything was so easy,easy to find, easy to park, easy to find the bus stop and close to the terminal.

On the way back from the airport the bus driver shouted at my dyspraxic daughter who went to climb on a bus when one person was going to get off (she has no awareness of space) During the short journey he balled and shoted at two car drivers and the when we went to get off we went down the front of the bus to retrieve our four cases and onece again he shouted at us and advised us that he had opened the side entrance for us to get off and the front one for passengers getting on. We tried to explain we had only walked towards the front to retrieve our luggage and we would get off at the side entrance once we had got it but he was then moaning about us to the passengers getting on saying how stupid that we were. He was most insulting. We fly from Birmingham Airport every year and would not like to repeat an experience like that again. All other facilities were great but he upset my daughter deeply and plainly insulted us. This man should not be working with the general public.

No problems. Easy to find. Park up, wait by nearest bustop for frequent shuttle bus to main terminal. Efficient and easy. Same experience on return. Value for money.
