good value parking- but had to use 20 minute drop off as told that buses wouldn't carry our skis and snowboards- not too much of a problem though cos' so close to terminal

no direction to spaces. exit very poor - delays by having to press and give code. people were struggling with this and causing delays -even though it was not busy!!

Overall, fairly good service. The one irritation was that when I returned at night, the bay numbers were not annouced on the bus, so it made loacating your car very difficult, as it is such a vast car park.

On return we waited over 15 minutes for a coach to take us back to the car park, which late at night and with young children was not great. Also the coach driver had allowed people to place luggage and stand in the area for disabled and for buggies so I had to stand in the aisle of the coach with two buggies with children, which was bad.

Overall ok and would use again but they need to look at coach management, we were passed by 2 coaches that were full up at 03:45 in the morning!!!!

The markings and change of layout made it difficult to work out where overspill might be. I'm glad I wasnt late because it really took quite a long time to find a vacant space. To clearly mark the way around would enable customers to quickly move to the appropriate next area to be filled.

After an initial panic when long stay 1 was shut and we were sent to long stay 2, everything went very smoothly. Transfers seemed to be very regular and speedy. There were plenty of parking spaces. I did not notice any car park staff in attendance, so I don't know how easy it would be to find someone if any help was required.

Everything worked extremely well for us in that we spotted a car space immediately we entered the car park and parked up straight away. However we heard a couple of people complaining that they had taken up to 45 minutes to find a space.

The best airport parking that I have used recently in terms of convenience, ease of parking, transfers to and from that airport and value for money. Didn't have much contact with car park staff, but bus drivers were ok.

Our flight was early morning so having a baby and extra baggage meant that we needed to park as close to the terminal building as possible. By booking well in advance (2/3 months)our costs were very reasonable and so would definitely use again. The courtesy coach drivers were very helpful with lowering the coach to make it easy to get the pushchair on and off. The only confusing bit was trying to get out of the carpark as the exit and entrance has changed since last there so a few extra exit signs would be helpful.

We arrived around 0500, parked easily and got the bus to the terminal within less than 2 minutes, on return signposts weren't clear where to get the bus back to the car park but we found it quite easily and on leaving the carpark there was someone on the normally unmanned barrier helping people like ourselves who weren't 100% sure of the procedure to get out, without him we may have had a small problem but overall a very good car parking experience.

Compared with other airports this was a hassle free parking experience. Very near to airport and appeared very secure. Would be easy to lose your car though, as it appears to be a 'never ending' car park, and it all looks the same. Advise people to write down what area they are in on arrival! Would park here again.

Very easy to use, once you realise that at the exit gate there is a button to speak to the attendant to give your booking reference (the label on the button had been worn away by use!). As there was an attendant on hand within seconds this wasn't a problem. Less than 5 mins wait for the bus at each end of our journey - couldn't be faulted!

In 10 mins of parking you can be at the main terminal. There could be more bus stops because the gravel makes it difficult to take your luggage any distance. I returned at night and found the lighting a problem which as a female alone is a problem. There was difficulty reading the bay numbers in the dark. The staff were brilliant, when I missed my stop because I couldn't see the numbers the bus driver took me around again.

Very easy to get too,simple leave the car and get the bus to the door. would be good to leave car keys at an office to pick up on return as i am always loosing things. Then you could pick up a exit card or token to leave instead of remembering your ref: number

Very good service, we did not have to wait to board the transfer bus going or coming back, the carpark is very easy to find and to access, all the areas within the car park are clearly marked, allowing us to find our car on return easily, and once we had given over our pre pay code the barrier was lifted promptly. We arrived at the car park in good time and by the time we had found a space to park we were glad we had arrived early. We saw no sign indicating where there were spaces available - there were quite a numbr of people driving round looking for a space - we eventually found one in the furthest corner. So much for "a guaranteed space". On exit there were delays - it looked as if some drivers either hadn't got there reference or could not get the staff to hear or understand it. We did not see a single live member of staff.

Good location close to terminal and regular bus access. Enough time was also allowed to get on and off the bus with your heavy bags. Only thing to improve this service would be to signpost vacant car spaces as it can be time consuming driving round looking for a space

Easy to find. Fairly easy to find a parking space -it was quite full and some people were parked out of spaces but it was peak season. Easy to use bus service to and from terminal but if you park near to the fence it may be just as quick to walk. Good value for money would definitely use again.

I am a frequent flyer and normally have terrible experiences with car parking and late transfers but this car park is the best i have used. Value for money, easy access and exit. Truely advise you to use this car park. (can actually walk to the terminal if don't want to get on the bus).
