Dubai International Business Class Lounge reviews

Everything was very nice. Some selections at the buffet would be appreciated.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the lounge in Terminal 1 of Dubai's Business Class Lounge. The stay at Terminal 3 was one of the worst experiences- no comfort, poor service, poor food selection, no relaxation. I will stay or use yor services at Terminal 1 again, but have advised as many people as possible not to use the Terminal 3 Lounge.

After long walk,we arrived at the lounge(not very well sign poste3d) Welcomed cordially at the reception. There were lots of space to relax & to have a cat nap. Though we did not eat there were plenty of supply. The place was quiet. The early morning shower was very refreshing. We think,it was good value for money & certainly we will like to avail it in future.

I was please with the staff, the place was very clean and well equipped. The showers were very clean as well. As i am a north american, i whish that the food be more north american, but i understand that you can not please everyone. Tank you for the great time i had in your lounge.

Thefood and drinks were great but the atmosphere felt too cold and unfriendly!!

Pleaseant experience, That in the future I will take advantage during extended lay-overs. I have recommended this to all my friends and that it would benefit them to reserve a stay for comfort.

Food was excellent. Selection of drinks great. I've been recommending it to friends and will book again next time I have to spend more than a few hours at the airport.

Cleanliness depends on personnel, how quick are old plates etc removed. That could be improved. Drinks were very good but food was often cold.

The comfort and amenities of the lounge made my stay in the airport comfortable.

The staff was slow to open bottles of wine and replenish the food. The shower was not very clean this time. There was plenty of open seating to relax, the wireless internet did not work, however they did have wired internet. I observed a member of the cleaning/wait staff spending most of his time on Facebook on the internet.

Nice place to stop by if you have an extended lay over. Good food, clean showers and curtious staff.

Good food, great drinks, One thing that would help is to have 120 outlet adapters to plug in computers.

When first ariving in the lounge,checking in was quick & easy,staff were very polite.Sofas & armchairs were big & comfortable.After sleeping a little there were no queue's for the food & drink(about 6:30am)Nor for the toilets.All in all a very pleasent experience.Set up nicely for the next leg of our journey.

Lounge was as advertised.A quiet get away with courteous staff and comfortable leather chairs to relax in. The food choice was excellent and the shower facilities were clean.

I am stuck here for hours at a time and this makes the stay tolerable.

The food was great, the chairs were soft very clean and I had a get stay.

Great value for the money. I was able to relax fully before a 15 hour flight to the USA. I would highly reccomend this service and will continue to inform all my work colleauges of this service.

I think the Dubai Int. Business Class Lounge was okay but I was a bit disappointed over their food buffet. Also the waiters were slow in cleaning tables.

Whilst not matching the Emirates business class lounges for comfort, amenities & customer service, this lounge was a welcome resting place for our 5-hour stay.We were there through the night (1:00AM to 6:00AM) and were able to get some respite despite someone thinking it was a good idea to start vacuuming beside us at about 3:00AM.Despite this I would use the lounge again and recommend to others.
