The only problem that I have is that I have a 8 hour layover before going to terminal 2 for my flight back for military purposes and the lounge is only available to persons flying out of terminal one. It seems like a money maker if they would allow persons travelling in to use the facility as well. Other than that, the facility is wonderful.

Apart from being too far from termininal 3 ,the experience was good as we had gaps between our flights so it filled in the time with comfort.

The only thing about the lounge that I did not like was that I asked if they had a plug adapter I could use to charge up my IPOD and Cell Phone. They had one for use but would not let me have it until I gave them some form of picture identification that they kept while I had the item. They already had all my personal information when the lounge was booked. I consider it an envasion of my privacy because picture identifications normally have other personal information on them that they should not have access to.

Excellent value for money.Very good quality food lots of choice. Very comfy, spacious and clean. Good view of airport. Long way from terminal 3 about 15 minute walk. Would with out doubt go there again.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and completly professional. I was able to conduct business, relax, eat, and shower all in one place; almost like being home. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

Facilities were quite alright,it would have been good if there was some semireclining chairs.so people could have a short nap.otherwise staff were very courteous. Food and drinks were excellent.

Food was not good. Place was not clean. Showers, which were the main reason for me going to lounged, were not that clean. Not worth the money.

From the moment we entered the lounge we were felt to feel at home and the staff were exsepinal and helpful the facilaties were clean and the food more than adequte and plentiful. Thank you for a pleasent stay and we will use you again many thanks regards chris

Despite giving full flight details, we were booked into the lounge in the wrong terminal. The extremely supercilious Emirate girls on duty refused to change our booking. We found this very stressful especially as my hubband has wheelchair assistance. I am 66 years old and having to walk these vast distances rendered the whole experience a nightmare instead of the relaxing hours we envisaged. The only people we found at all helpful were the staff on mobility duty. Carole Waters

Nice place for a short break. Good points: quiet, clean, plenty of food/drinks, toilet/shower facilities Room for improvement: The seats are comfortable, but should have some recliner seats to allow people to stretch their legs/put their feet up; slightly pricey Verdict: will use again

The lounge pass that you receive is for the Business Lounge in Terminal 1 rather than the Emirates Business Lounge in Terminal 3. If you are flying with Emirates and transiting in Dubai it is a good 20 minutes walk (or possibly more) from Terminal 3 (the new 'Emirates' terminal) to the Business Lounge in Terminal 1. So for short transits in Dubai this lounge pass is not very useful.

On my arrival in the business lounge i was very tired and couldnt wait to sit down ,sit down and have a rest...well the workerd at the reception desk told me that i wasnt at the right place while the lounge position was clearly writen in the booking papper,anyway i ended up runing up and down in that big airport not having much experiene in Dubai till went back in the business lounge and they let me that time in without any explaination why they send me away earlier on...well had a few km walk lost 1 and half hour runing around for a non xisting lounge while i could have used that time resting as planed ,finally thats why i payed for it...was terible and food was really basic. so am really disapointed,never again.

It was nice to be able to relax and have a bite to eat, enjoy the a drink and and a cigar after my meal, without having to go to one of the crowded smoking rooms located at another sectoion of the airport. Having the bathrooms and the smoking lounge located in the immediate area was a very nice touch. It was not crowded. The whole atmosphere was one of quiet and comfort, making the 8 hour layover a very pleasant experience. Joseph Lee

We were so disappointed with the environment- comfort and quality of servise on ouroutgoing trip- None of the coffee machines worked properly and the liquids were at best warm.On our retrn trip we chose to use theurdinary airport lounges and lose the money we spent for the tickets to use thelounge We will not make the same mistake again

Coming in from Europe the lounge is at the far end of the airport and therefore hard to access.The electric carts were not easy to obtain. We would have liked some recliner chairs to enable us to put up our feet.

as always the stay was good. however due to unforseen circumstances the lobby was flooded and i had kids. this meant we had to travel a different route to our departure gate, whicih led to us nearly missing our flight. i think cars should be available for peopel with children travelling around in the airport. it was one of my worst experiences ever in Dubai.

The best part of Dubai Lounge is the hot food and selection if you have a few hours layover. Most Lounges I use have minimal compared to a few years ago, however Dubai still has the "old" style. Definatley the best value for money.

clearer signs to get to the lounge. i was with my four children and we were sent from lounge to lounge. there were at least two business class lounges and the online reference i printed out had no indication of where or what is was called apart from Business Class Lounge.
