I didn't enjoy carrying heavy bags up stairs. I'm sure we could have had (and tipped) a porter, but really expected a lift. If we ever stay again, we shall ask for a ground floor room.

I am disabled and there is no lift in the hotel, which was a bit of a problem. There was no information about this on the website when I booked and there should have been. I would then have picked another (more suitable) hotel.

Overall the hotel was clean & adequate, the staff were very helpful. We used the parking facility for the first time and although it was parked in some obscure place, it was also adequate.

This hotel was very convenient for getting to Heathrow Airport. There was a bus that picked us up from right outside and it took only 15-20 to get there. The condition of the room and bathroom wasn't great and the food we received in our room service was terrible, cold and tasteless.

We had to be at Terminal 2 by 4.30 a.m. They ordered a taxi for us & it was there on time. Food was mediocre.

We asked for a no smoking room which we were given. Unfortunately, the room smelled of smoke and it was quite clear that people had been smoking in the room. Had we been staying for more than one night we would have asked to have been moved.

The room was very cold and the heating was not working, i called them and they came to look at it, but it still didn't seem to work after they left. Too tired to complain.

Very shabby rooms and corridors. The hotel is in need of re-furbishment.

Told by reception at 7.15 that no table available until 8.00 (but went anyway and were accommodated immediately.) 'Special' starter was recommended but suddenly couldn't be made. Credit card taken for a long time then returned saying the machine was not working - had to pay cash.

Great for a stopover hotel, but I would take a bottle of wine (or 2) and some pringles and spend your savings on a breakfast at the airport.

This is a good service if your flights are too early for you to get to the airport easily.

Had difficulty finding somewhere to park. Had to walk a very long way to room. The bar snack was very expensive and the food awful.

Great hotel for my night before my flight. Perfectly comfortable. No complaints. Use of the health club across the road was a perfect way to unwind.

I was really pleased with the hotel for location and value for money. The room was great and the staff were really helpful. The airport bus picks you up right outside and was really handy.

We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Also, the evening meal that we had was excellent. We would use this hotel again and recommend it to others.
