Offered upgrade on arrival at very reasonable rate,executive lounge was better than most recently visited. Sports bar offered good food and also honest service regarding the size of portions and that extra dishes were not necessary. Good quick access to Terminals via coach.Helpful and efficient reception team.

Lovely Airport Hotel! Very good Value and felt like our holiday had started early.We did not eat at Hotel as breakfast not included.Costly £17 each! should include it and not charge so much.Would definately stay there again!We got a taxi as same price!shame this is not free!

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant appeared expensive, but the food and service were so good that we regarded it as money very well spent.It made an excellant start to a holiday to celebrate a special birthday! We would certainly stay at the Sheraton Skyline again.

Easy to find location, on site parking and excellent hotel staff and room. We booked taxi to terminal which arrived on time and cost £1 more than Hoppa Bus!! On returning from holiday, again the whole procedure was faultless, taxi back to hotel to collect car and again met by friendly hotel staff. We will definately book again for future trips.

The Sheraton is like any other modern characterless multi-star hotel anywhere in the world - but it's clean, convenient, has friendly staff and serves good food (albeit in a restaurant with all the charm of an airport departure lounge). I'd stay again.

Booking a package for 15 days' parking plus a night in the hotel is a must for anyone travelling long haul, and the Sheraton Skyline offers excellent value for money in a great location - much better than the price for parking on its own.

A very comfortable, quiet, spacious hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Wakeup call at 0345 was on the dot, early morning staff were cheerful and saw us safely onto the first Hoppa service of the day (minutes from the terminal, so extremely convenient for early flights). My car spent 8 days resting in the well lit, tidy carparking area at the sides and back of the hotel, and was easily retrieved when we returned. I would thoroughly recommend the Sheraton Skyline for a pleasant experience - lots of eating choices, and a swimming pool among the many faciltiies on offer - and for a good night's sleep before (or after) a trip abroad. Excellent value for money, via a helpful website.

Easy to find, convenient for central London (free bus transport to and from train). Clean hotel and room, efficient service. Airport bus stops at the door of the hotel for outward and return journey. Would certainly use this service again.

Great room, though view of colling equipment not great but what can you expect at Heathrow. Facilties seemed pretty good though we didn't use. Cost of food and drink in hotel is a bit of a rip off for what you get.

Nice hotel, expensive mini fridge, swimming pool of no value if you are arriving in the evening and leaving in the morning. Nonetheless a fine hotel for the money.

We enjoyed our short but nice stay in our upgraded room with lounge facilities. Will be pleased to use again.

The hotel is great because it is mid-way between terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4. Quite plush, and the staff are all really helpful. It has every amenity that you could need, but it is VERY VERY expensive to eat or drink in the hotel. An only reasonable steak and chips cost £22! And a bottle of standard wine was seriously pricey!

Great hotel and very good value for money.

If you put your own water in the fridge make sure the mini bar items are not knocked over, if we had not contacted reception we would have been charged £7.50 for a bottle of beer!!!

When I returned, my car battery was flat (interior light was left on). Hotel staff were totally unhelpful - had to collar a punter to jump-start the motor. Spoilt an otherwise faultless service.

Very good deal on hotel and parking and will definitely use this hotel and Simply Hotels again.

An excellent start to our holiday. We felt our holiday had already started. Used the swimming pool.

Overall I was satisfied with the parking, airport transfer and the hotel. It was excellent value for money and made my onward journey much more pleasant. My only slight disappointment was the bedroom was cold when I went in and the decor was a bit worn (I understand the hotel is extremly busy, so refurbishment must be a problem). However, this will not stop me using the service in the future. As mentioned previously, excellent value for money.

This was an amazing deal- we paid less for a room and parking than the parking express rate for 8 days! The standard of the hotel was great and the room enormous with a view over the oasis pool. Definitely got our holiday off on the right foot (except for a few noisy guests on their way to bed). The reception staff were a bit off-hand, but that may be endemic and not related to our bargainhunter status!
