Good quality rooms and close to airport but poor dining facilities

Very helpful reception staff when checking in & out. Other staff helpful too. Room excellent & very close to Heathrow T5 on shuttle. So all good, but a bit disappointed with movie selection which was a bit dated & I had promised myself a movie as a treat after a very stressful journey on the M4!!!

We enjoyed our stay before flying from Heathrow. The hotel is clean and is affordable. I'd stay in this hotel again on my next holiday.

I stayed at this hotel- the rooms are spacious and very clean. - the VIP lounge was great with views of the runway and access to the internet. I would deffinatley stay here again.

the rooms were very clean and good big beds,just what we wanted for our start to our holidays. would use again if flying from heathrow.

Upgraded to club facilities was great and club lounge was lovely. Used the gym which was fine apart from the nosey cleaner who was hanging round at 9pm at night! Bed was very comfy and all in all it was great value for money and much nicer than other hotels near Heathrow.

Overall very nice please to stay and makes travelling from Heathrow much more stress free. I have already booked again for later in the year.

All staff from the doorman to the receptionist were as helpful as they could be. Room was perfectly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Cannot recomment this highly enough.

The staff were most friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean with an abundance of toiletries. We had booked a taxi for the airport and the service was very prompt. The hotel is very close to the airport so it's close prximty is an advantage. The business centre is open 24 hours and is free to use which again was great as many other hotels do not offer this service to such a level. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again should I be flying from heathrow airport in the future.

Superb location, excellent quality room, free tea / coffee facility, air con, staff very polite and helpful, I stay in hotels worldwide due to my job, this was up there with the best!

Too much noise from other occupants, doors being slammed etc into the early hours meant that I got very little sleep. Hotel rooms need to have better sound proofing.

The only upset we had -nothing to do with hotel - hotel was excellent absolutely. Bed large, rooms large, service very fast indeed - we asked for extra pillows - they came straight away. But the Hoppa bus on the way back - we did land at T5!the supervisor was all for kicking off an unfortunate American who only had a 10$ note (he was stuck in London due to T5 disaster). My husband had to pay his £4 fare and I think the Hoppa bus has been discredited because of the action of one heartless supervisor.Do you know who I can write to to complain ? The bar was full at midnight but all had to leave and trying to get the desk due to noisy people in an upstairs room was impossible.The staffs attitude was,"it's not my job".

Reception did not really explain parking well it was very simple just taking in a signed ticket but its only simple if this is explained to you. Apart from this confusion it was a very pleasent stay.

This is the second time we have used this hotel. It compares very favourably with the other airport hotels and is certainly far superior to a neighbouring hotel with a 'higher' star rating that we also used recently. The check-in staff were polite and efficient, room was clean & comfortable and the dinner in the Al Dente restaurant was excellent, as was breakfast which was on special offer. Again the restaurant staff were excellent. We booked a taxi to the airport (T4 with the very helpful person on duty at the porter's desk. I would certainly use this hotel again.

Large room changed for even larger and quieter one when next door room had a party. Food choice a bit limited. Very convenient for airport and staff helpful and courteous throughout - not their fault my car had a flat battery on return from 7 day holiday! Highly recommended for pre-flight use.

I had a very good experience. The size of the room and beds was delightfully impressive as i was travelling with my kids. Room Service was good and prompt. I will definitely use it again and will recommend it to friends and family.

We stayed at this hotel the night before an early morning flight from Heathrow. We had a family room with two Queen beds and were pleasantly surprised by the room size and brilliant value for money. We would definitely use this hotel again!

great hotel ,very clean and modern,staff very helpful and the food in the sports bar was fab.i have nothing negative to say about this hotel,i have stayed here before and will be staying again in the future!

Great value, great hotel and started our holiday off just brilliantly. No messing aroung on return just got ticket for car park validated and off we went. Will definitely use this hotel again.
