If we had been paying the full rate quoted in the hotel for this room we would definitely not stayed. The room was only just adequate, but the towels were small, the bathroom windows dirty, noise and smell from kitchen fans right outside window. Hotel very cold. Food OK. Did not stay for breakfast as £15 per person is just too much when rooms are £152. Would never stay at a Thistle Hotel again.

Can't believe it has 4 star rating! Very poor overall, bad image of England to give to commuters using this hotel.
